For anyone suffering from arthritis seeking
a non-medication alternative to relieving
symptoms, Tai Chi may be a viable option.
This ancient practice, which has been proven
to improve mental and physical wellness, also
has been shown to relieve arthritis pain and
improve reach, balance and well being.
The JCC’s Family Sports & Fitness Center has
been offering Tai Chi for Arthritis for nearly
a year. This group exercise class is held on
Fridays from 10–10:55 a.m.
auto insurance for three years and a
reduction of points for recent traffic
