“When you get a bill that far exceeds the<br />
plans that you’re on, it sends warning<br />
signals. As a business owner you’d<br />
expect someone to say, “Hey, look, this is<br />
maybe where we could potentially save<br />
you some money.” That was not done<br />
and that puts you in a situation where<br />
you’re open to change.”<br />
WHAT MADE<br />
2DEGREES DIFFERENT?<br />
“It was nice actually being able to talk<br />
to someone that was interested in our<br />
business. We needed someone to really<br />
understand what we did and why we<br />
did it. We wanted to save money but<br />
not at the cost of prohibiting our players’<br />
improvement. That was the thing. The<br />
Business Manager from 2degrees was able<br />
to come in and actually look at how we<br />
could meet the needs of our clients within<br />
terms of a budget.”<br />
DID YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS<br />

“It was a new company. There was a lot of<br />
talk that they might not be able to deliver<br />
upon their promise. But we’ve been very<br />
happy in terms of them being able to<br />
deliver on everything they’ve promised and<br />
more. We’re completely satisfied with what<br />

“Whenever you’re shifting a service provider<br />
there are always potential issues that could<br />
arise. For us it was seamless. We actually<br />
didn’t even notice. The communication that<br />
we had was fantastic. They were telling us<br />
when it was going to happen and for how<br />
long and they kept that promise.”<br />
HOW’S THE COVERAGE?<br />
“We find the coverage is sensational.<br />
Sending large files, being able to<br />
communicate whether on the road or<br />
in the middle of a golf course in the<br />
middle of nowhere, that’s essential. With<br />
2degrees we’ve found the reliability of<br />

“Yes and the gear we’re able to get is<br />
fantastic. For the coaches, for example,<br />
we’ve got the iPhone 6 Plus. The screens are<br />
huge which enables us to film our clients,<br />
show them what’s happening on the course<br />
and then email the files at ease.”<br />
AND HOW MUCH ARE<br />
YOU SAVING?<br />
“The savings that we get are about $700<br />
a month minimum. We’re now able to<br />
invest that into other areas of the business.<br />
But in all honesty, it’s not necessarily just<br />
the money saved which is important to<br />
us. What’s important is that we’re able<br />
to deliver a better service to our clients<br />
and we’re all about results. Working with<br />
