General Information TUITION FEES For most programs, different fees are charged for early or late registration, or if payment is made in installments. Fees for open seminars and ongoing events are for tuition only and do not include meals or lodging. Fees for enrollment in all Spiritual Insight Training classes presented at the Lakeside Learning Center, and for our School of Spiritual Healing and Prophecy, provide for tuition and meals on site, but do not include lodging. PAYMENTS We accept payments by check and by credit card. • Please make checks payable to “Fellowships of the Spirit” and mail to: Fellowships of the Spirit PO Box 252 Lily Dale, NY 14752 • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please call us with your number or pay online when you enroll. CANCELLATIONS Fellowships of the Spirit reserves the right to cancel any event at any time. If you have already paid for a cancelled event, you may choose either to be reimbursed or have your payment applied as a credit to another event. Student Cancellations: School of Spiritual Healing and Prophecy If a student cancels up to two weeks prior to the first class, a full refund will be made. If enrollment is cancelled up to one week prior to the first class, a full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be made. No refund will be made if a student fails to show on the first day of class. LODGING There are many guest houses and hotels in our general area. Please call us or visit our website to see listings: www.fellowshipsspirit.org/where-to-stay.html GETTING TO FELLOWSHIPS We are located in the south-western part of New York State, about one hour’s drive south-west of Buffalo, three hours south of Toronto, three hours north of Pittsburgh, one hour north of Erie, two and one half hours east of Cleveland, and one half-hour from the Chautauqua Institution. By Air Most people fly into the Buffalo NY airport, or the Chautauqua County - Jamestown Airport. By Road If you are coming from Interstate 90 (New York Thruway) take exit 59, turn left onto Rt. 60 South and drive 8 miles to the Village of Cassadaga; turn right onto Dale Drive, and drive for just under a mile. Number 282 will be on your right. If you are coming from Interstate 86 (Southern Tier Expressway, Rt. 17) take exit 12, go north on Rt. 60 to Cassadaga and turn left onto Dale Drive. Number 282 will be on your right. Student Cancellations: All other Classes and Seminars If enrollment is cancelled up to two weeks prior to the class, a full refund minus a $40 processing fee will be made. If cancellation is made up to one week prior to class, the payment already made can be applied to another class but no refund will be made. ABOUT US Established in 1988, Fellowships of the Spirit is a not-for-profit religious corporation 501(c) 3 in New York State, governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Board of Ministers elected annually by our membership. Our policies and programs are guided by the recommendations of an international Advisory Council of eminent people who work in several related fields. Fellowships of the Spirit is not affiliated with or sponsored by The Lily Dale Assembly, Inc. As a part of our local community service we conduct the Daily Meditation Service in the Lily Dale Healing Temple throughout their summer season and, in conjunction with Church of the Living Spirit and Lily Dale Spiritualist Church, we co-chair a weekly Healing Service from September – June in Lily Dale’s Healing Temple. In 1992 Fellowships built the Labyrinth in Lily Dale. We continue to maintain it for the enjoyment and learning of all who walk its pathway. Our funding is provided through the generosity of tax-deductible donations to Fellowships of the Spirit, tuition fees, the sale of books and merchandise, fundraising events and through donations to the Fellowships of the Spirit Foundation. FELLOWSHIPS OF THE SPIRIT FOUNDATION Fellowships of the Spirit Foundation was established in 2010 as an interest-bearing fund to advance, support and sustain the mission and activities of our organization. Since then several hundreds of individuals and organizations have generously donated to this fund. As a result, we have been able to improve our facilities and expand our programs in ways we could not otherwise have even considered. We are extremely grateful and look forward to the continuing generosity of those who have contributed and those of you who will do so in the future.
