IMPACTING LIVES IN
OUR COMMUNITY
2015 ANNUAL REPORT
OZARKS REGIONAL YMCA
Camp is the place where many of us learn innumerable lessons about
life and humanity - the separate setting from daily routines provides
an opportunity to shed the expectations of others and be free to
truly be ourselves, living above imposed limitations, discovering more
about ourselves and blossoming into who we were meant to be.
The Ozarks Regional YMCA announced the launch of Safety Around
Water, a program to engage and educate parents about the importance
of water safety skills and provide more of America’s youth access to
water safety lessons. 300 scholarships for swim and water safety
lessons were awarded to high risk children within our communities of
the Ozarks Regional YMCA.
“Cystic Fibrosis is a disease we knew very little about when our twins
were born 6 years ago... There are a lot of things Kadyn simply cannot
do because of her compromised immune system.
I can't tell you how incredible it was to watch her during her private
lesson. You all truly made her dream come true...
Learning about the classes, the open air and clean environment, it was
all icing on the cake... I hope you all know what an impact you made on
this 6 year old little girl.
Thank you,
Ryan, Katie, Koy and (especially) Kadyn”
Dear Friends of the Ozarks Regional YMCA:
It is with great pleasure the Ozarks Regional YMCA and its board of
managers presents its 2015 annual report. Members, volunteers and
staff can be proud of the work the Y is doing and our continued focus on
Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
For more than 127 years, the Ozarks Regional YMCA has been a proud
member of our communities. We have woven the story of how individuals
and families learned to swim, prepared for school, adopted healthy
habits, rehabilitated from injury and alleviated the discomfort of chronic
illness, to name a few. Assuredly, 2015 was no different.
This year’s annual report was created to address what you might not
know about the Y. In the following pages, you’ll learn about the broad
impact on the communities we serve and how together we can create a
better us. Our communities represent people of all ages and walks of
life that are making connections at our Ys, improving their health, and
growing as individuals.
We are extremely thankful for all of our generous donors. When you give to the Ozarks
Regional YMCA, your gift will help young people achieve their potential, empower people of
all ages to lead healthier lives, and strengthen the bonds of our community. As the Y heads
into a new year, we are proud of our history and excited about what’s ahead for all of our
stakeholders.
We’re a nonprofit team that exists to help people of all ages thrive at every stage of life. With
three sons, ages 11 to 14, my family has been a frequent user of the Y’s programs and I have
seen the positive impact the Y can have on a kid’s confidence and self-esteem. Now, with an
excellent start in 2016, we seek to bring that purpose and vision to the people of the Ozarks
region in ways that will impact their lives as never before.
We are humbled and privileged to have stood with you through this year. Together as
volunteers, members, donors, mission partners and staff, who share the Ozarks Regional
YMCA values, vision and commitment, we will continue to strengthen the foundations of
community —one person, one story at a time.
Please join us as we celebrate the highlights on the following pages which give evidence to how
we are strengthening our community everyday! On behalf of everyone at the Y, we want to say
thank you for being part of our community.
Sincerely,
Mark Sharp
President – Ozarks Regional YMCA Board of Directors
OPERATIONS UPDATE
2015 was a great year for our YMCA
– Great because you were part of it.
Whether you were a child in one of our
after-school programs, a camper at Camp
Wakonda, an adult joining in one of our
classes, or a member joining us through
Silver Sneakers, we are all part of a
cause, an organic association of people
throughout our community working
together to make a better us.
More than 729,000 times a member
came to the Y last year. Whether it was time to reduce weight, relieve stress or gain better flexibility and
balance, the Y serves as our communities’ choice to become healthier and enjoy what it means to live well.
In addition, we renewed our focus on keeping our children safe around water. Our swim lessons saw
increased participation in both kids and adult classes, and we successfully launched our first Safety
Around Water program. This program’s focus is on safety skills for children, addressing the fact that
drowning is the leading cause of death for children one to four years of age and is the second leading cause
of death for children from five to fourteen years old. We are proud to partner with organizations like
Springfield R-12, Boys and Girls Clubs, Bolivar Schools, and TLC Properties, by giving more than 300 youth
the knowledge and skills to be safe around our lakes, rivers, and pools.
We continue to focus on our youth education and development. 2016 will see our Y rolling out Summer
Learning Loss prevention, Achievement Gap, and other programs that will help our communities’ children
grow and thrive. Our Camp Wakonda continues to make improvements not only to our facilities, but also
with our camp activities and curriculum. And most importantly, our staff are wonderful role models that
will make that week of camp the best week of the year!
It is only with the support of our contributors, volunteers, and organizational partners that we can impact
our community. We awarded more than $500,000 in financial assistance in 2015 thanks to our Annual
Giving donors, each of whom believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and make a contribution to our
community. Along with our partners that include United Way, Schools, Churches, Municipalities, and others
who work side by side with the Y. In 2016 you can look for more choices to help you achieve your goals,
whatever they are - new classes, facility improvements, great friends, and a staff team ready to support
your goals.
Why? For A Better Us.
Sincerely,
MISSION
To Promote Judeo-Christian values through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
At our core, the reason our YMCA exists is to build people.
In an era plagued with negative influences, the need for strong character values is greater than ever—caring,
honesty, respect and responsibility.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME
It is the belief of the Ozarks Regional YMCA that no one should be denied access to memberships and services
due to financial limitations. Financial Assistance is available for memberships and services for those who qualify.
THEIR POTENTIAL
Because we believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve,
the Y is for Youth Development. Through the Y, millions of youth today are cultivating the values, skills and
relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational achievement. Y activities give our
children the opportunity to become confident kids today and healthier, happier grown-ups tomorrow.
THEIR HEALTH
Improving the nation’s health and well-being is a priority for the Y. At the Y, we help children and adults
understand and value their health, and we nurture their well-being. We offer resources and guidance to maintain
or improve physical activity, health and wellness.
THEIR FUTURE
At the Y, strengthening
communities is our cause.
The Y has been listening
and responding to our
communities’ most critical
needs for 160 years. Whether
developing skills or emotional
well-being, welcoming and
connecting diverse populations
or advocating for healthier
communities, the Y fosters the
care and respect all people
need and deserve.

NURTURING THE POTENTIAL OF CHILDREN
All kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. That’s
why our Y nurtures the potential of thousands of local children and teens by cultivating the
values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational
achievement. Here are just a few program highlights demonstrating how our YMCAs are
influencing young lives.
2015 - THE YEAR AT A GLANCE
Because of the generous gifts of our donors, The Y was able to provide financial assistance to
our members and participants.
1,231 children participated in aquatics programs across our association.
We provided $118,095 in financial assistance
to families for their children to attend childcare programs.
More than 4,500 children participated in youth sports programs in 2015.
$467,454 in financial assistance was provided for
family memberships and programs.
G. PEARSON WARD YMCA
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT:
• While collaborating with Springfield Public schools, we offered a “Safety Around Water” program that allowed several classes the
opportunity to gain the knowledge and in-water experience on foundational water safety components.
HEALTHY LIVING:
• With intent to showcase our amazing Group Exercise classes, we
relocated the majority of the classes to the small gymnasium in January
2015. Almost immediately our participant numbers expanded, thus
hitting record attendance.
• Due to the wonderful generosity of some of our members, an entirely
new circuit of LeMond group cycles was purchased along with a
revamping of the space. The experience has been delightful for so
many. The demand is great as we almost always have a waiting list of
participants eager to get in our classes.
• The long-standing YMCA/Bass Pro Wellness Center Partnership
continued to grow as additional classes were added and new employee
wellness engagement opportunities were created.
Laura Lane has been
a member of the Ward
Downtown Y since July
2015. As a single mom
raising a baby, working
out at the Y has become
a big part of Laura’s life
over the last year.
• We offered 58 land and aquatic group exercise classes, giving a wide
variety of experiences for our members. New classes are being merged
in the class schedule each year as we strive to give our members a new
and fresh experience.
• 2015 marked a year of dedicated facility improvements. Throughout the year we were able to successfully improve several program
or service areas throughout our facility in order to better meet the needs of our members. From new color schemes, updating existing
equipment, or adding new features, we are excited about all the progress. This includes, but not limited to: the pool, group cycling, big
gym, racquetball courts, cardio floor, weight room, exercise rooms, Men’s Wellness Center, locker rooms and more. We look forward to
expanding that work in 2016.
• ActivTrax appointments continued to grow. This is a wellness program designed specifically for adults to better track their workouts
and progress therewith.
• Our Personal Training Program has taken off with exciting momentum. With nearly tripling our participant numbers in just 6 months,
we are excited to share the impact it is making in so many lives.
• We are pleased to announce we have the best personal trainers on staff in the area. Jill Kleier won the “2016 417 Best Personal
Trainer” and Jay Johnson won the 2015 “417 Best Personal Trainer “.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
• With over 50 volunteers, the Springfield Y’s collectively raised over $210,000 for the
Annual Community Support Campaign. With more volunteers than ever, we are genuinely
thankful for the dedicated and passionate work. This year marked hitting record
numbers in donors and donations for financial assistance.
• The Ward Y hosted again the summer Yoga on the Square. Participation was strong due
to the unique experience of enjoying yoga outside in Downtown Springfield.
• The Ward Y hosted its 3rd Annual Yoga Mala in the Downtown Square raising funds for
the Y’s Annual Campaign.
• The Annual Boo Bash was again a fun and entertaining experience for our members and
participants. New stations were added to the venue with a live band proving to be the
most entertaining for all ages.
• In October and December we hosted our 1st Pickleball Tournaments. This fun and
exciting tournament drew people in from as far as Lake of the Ozarks, Branson,
Arkansas, and Kansas. Unique to any other tournament, we build the winner trophies on
site by mounting their championship game ball on their trophy.
CAMP WAKONDA had another amazing year of growth and accomplishment. Here are some of the highlights:
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT:
• Camp celebrated 100 years of Wakonda Camping over Memorial Day
Weekend with festivities and two giant cakes!
doors and air conditioning were added to all 9 cabins enhancing the
experience for campers and staff.
• Camp Wakonda received a $90,000 grant from Y-USA and a matching donation from Ryan & Brandi O’Reilly to expand our 1 acre pond
into a 5 acre lake.
• Lake Project construction is underway with a completion date of March 2016.
• More than $60,000 was raised during our annual campaign, an increase of $15,366 or 34%. This allowed 282 or 80% more campers to
attend Camp Wakonda through some form of financial assistance.
• Camp received a $10,000 Access Grant through Y-USA which was in addition to the monies raised during our annual campaign.
• Built-In wooden frame bunks were added to Apache cabin.
• Campers all experienced cultural diversity through our international
counselors from Australia and South Africa.
• Camp Wakonda partnered with the Missouri Department of Conservation to
host the MDC ‘Hooked on Fishing’ program to our campers.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
• Total revenue increased by $72,160, or a 40% increase.
• New windows and doors were installed in the Recreation Hall.
• Dining Hall and Recreation Hall were painted through volunteer efforts of
the Monett Presbyterian Church and Southern Missouri Container as part of
Recreation Hall bathroom renovation started.
Shop & pump house painted.
Great new landscaping completed at cabin entrances with the addition of gravel and large rocks outlining the entry path.
New ‘tin whistle’ culvert installed underneath the camp road
SPRINGFIELD SCHOOL AGE SERVICES
COMFORT – While your child is away from home, we understand the importance of knowing they are safe and that they are
receiving the care and attention they need.
COMMUNITY – From where your child lives and goes to school, to their friends and the people that educate them, we are here to
support and help cultivate skills for a better future.
CONVENIENCE – Because life is hectic enough, we offer flexibility and support to help make things easier and allow your family
to enjoy time at home more.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
• 2,000 kids and teens are served each day in our Before and/or After
School Programs (Prime Time) at 34 different schools and centers
throughout Springfield and Clever.
• More than 400 kids entering grades K-5 participated in our 2015
Summer Day Camps held at Pat Jones Y, Downtown Y, and Gray
Elementary and we served over 11,000 meals to our Summer Day
Campers.
One of the ways we implement the HEPA Standards is by
serving up 5 Star* Snacks five days a week for your child
at eight qualifying sites. These complete 5 Star Snacks
contain all of the components from MyPlate, including a
fruits and/or vegetables (like an apple, a local lettuce salad,
broccoli or carrots), a protein (like turkey, peanut butter,
yogurt or cheese), a grain (like bread, tortillas or English
muffin) and a dairy (low-fat milk). This ensures that each
child leaves our program with a full belly of nutritious food.
• The cost of child care is a significant financial challenge for many
parents, and especially for low-income families. The YMCA uses the
funds raised at the Night for the Y and our Annual Campaign for our
financial aid program that provides scholarships for families with adults
who work 32 hours per week or are enrolled in higher education,
provided over $115,000 in Y financial assistance to Springfield youth
and families so that kids could attend the Before and/or After School
Programs, Teen Club, and Summer Day Camp, including School Day Out
Programs.
HEALTHY LIVING
• In the Spring of 2015 we added three more schools to our “5-Star-Snack” Program, which allowed us to provide a light meal during the
after school time to help tide kids over who may not eat again until breakfast. The ORYMCA has been in the process of adding “5-Star
Snack” to Y after school programs that are located in designated “high-risk” areas for food insecurity. The Y’s 5-Star Snack meets or
exceeds the USDA’s requirements for a light meal and provides kids with the nutrition they need for their growing minds and bodies.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
• School Age Services and its community partners celebrated 30 years of caring for our community’s kids by having an open house at the
Downtown Y on August 27, 2015. From four sites serving 40 students a day in 1985, the program now serves over 40 schools and
more than 2,500 kids throughout southwest Missouri.
• The Y Before and After School Program in partnership with the Ozarks Literacy Council
received a $12,000 grant from the Community Foundation of the Ozarks to pilot an after
school reading program for 20 students at Bowerman and Boyd Elementary Schools. The
goal of the pilot is to begin the integration of evidence based services into the Y’s after
school program that serves over 2,000 children a year. The pilot will occur from January
to April of 2016 and will measure pre and post Developmental Reading Assessment (DRA)
scores to determine impact. Students will be recruited by the principal and teachers at each
elementary school based on need. Bowerman and Boyd were chosen for the pilot because
they are located in Zone 1. The area also has an academic achievement gap, an issue that was
highlighted as a red flag in the 2011 and 2013 Community Focus Report. Data from
Springfield Public School’s 2013-2014 annual report highlights the differences in
achievement at schools like Boyd and Bowerman compared to the city as a whole.
• In Summer 2015 we supported Springfield Public Schools expansion of summer school by
providing Y Before and After School. Programs at twelve elementary schools allowing over
300 students to take part in summer fun and learning.
PAT JONES YMCA
• The Monett YMCA continues work with Cox
Health and the Monett School District in a program
to reduce BMI of children in grades K – 8 by 5%
through programs that help kids make healthier
choices. In addition to being active in an advisory
committee, we’ve given staff support to programs
such as “Walk to School Days”, school rewards
trips, and year end field days.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
The YMCA is a great place to build
friendships and get healthy. The Monett
Area YMCA has been collaborating with
Champion Athletes of the Ozarks for the
last year to offer programs to individuals
with disabilities. The program takes place
at 2:30pm on Friday afternoons and has
rotated between seasons of water exercise
classes and basketball.
“It gives these program participants the
opportunity to get healthier, expand their
skills, and to build lifelong friendships,”
said Charles LaGarce who is both the
Aquatics Director and parent of Emmy, one
of the participants. ”The program takes
place in the early afternoon which follows
when many of the participants finish work
and are able to take part.”
charge to support community events such as: Monett Alternative Gift
Fair, Chamber of Commerce Prayer Breakfast, Kiwanis Club events
for children, the Monett Parents as Teachers program, CoxHealth
Community Health Fair, and more.
CASSVILLE YMCA
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
• Summer Day Camp exploded this year, almost doubling in size over last year. We attribute most of our growth to our good
relationship with our state workers and we expect to keep growing as we are hands down the best program in town. We are
the only program that offers a true camp experience which includes two unique trips per week. Our trips include SkyZone,
laser tag, and Silver Dollar City. All in all it was an amazing summer and we are excited for 2016.
• We partnered with the Cassville School district to provide a reward day to each intermediate school class to recognize good
behavior and attendance. The school district bussed over 300 children to our facility for the reward day.
• Every Friday night from November thru March our members continue to enjoy organized games, tournaments, and
concessions through Family Fun Nights.
• The Cassville Y loaned inflatable games, at no charge, to several local churches, area schools and Roaring River State Park
for special events.
• AfterCare is a growing program that serves a specific need in the community. This year it is our goal to become 100% HEPA
compliant. HEPA, which stands for Health Eating and Physical Activity, is a national YMCA initiative to make sure our youth
programs are the best they can be for our community children. We are currently 90% there and are looking to be at 100%
by May 2016. One of the steps we are taking to help with this is seeking grants to help with costs.
HEALTHY LIVING
• Healthy Kids Day was celebrated in April with a
collaboration of over 15 local area business and
organizations. 180+ kids and their families enjoyed the
activities and were provided with information to help make
their summer safe, healthy and active.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
• Cassville membership continues to grow, topping at 1,692
members in June. In August, our volunteer board and a
group of community members sat down to discuss the future
of the Cassville YMCA, identifying our needs and priorities
for growth. In October we held a Community Input event to
gauge and assess the desires and needs that the community
identified as most important in the design of a new facility
for Cassville and the surrounding areas. Over 200 surveys
were tallied from the event. We are excited to take all of the
compiled information and start working on the design of a
possible new or expanded YMCA for our community in 2016.
• We were able to provide more than $24,500 in financial
assistance enabling over 838 adults and children to afford
memberships, 51 children to play sports in Cassville, and
several families participate in after school child care and
summer camp who may not been able to otherwise afford to
do so.
• Our partnership with the Barry County Neighborhood
Center allowed us to participate in both their Senior Fair and
Back to School for Barry County, impacting more than 550
individuals.
DALLAS COUNTY AREA YMCA
The year of 2015 was one of excitement and rebuilding for the Dallas County YMCA. We committed ourselves to
rebuilding after a water main break in 2014 temporarily displaced our membership and programming causing an
entire building renovation. Our programs were stronger than ever and by December 2015 membership numbers
were as strong as our pre-flood days. We are bracing ourselves for 2016 to be our best year yet. Below is a
highlighted list of just a few of the exciting things that happened this year.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
• In 2015, the Dallas County Area YMCA managed the
pool for the City of Buffalo, enrolled 75 kids in swim
lessons, offered three sessions of water aerobics, two
weekly “family swim” times, pool rentals and open
swims.
• The Dallas County Area YMCA partnered with the
Dallas County R-1 school district in a second cycle
of a federal 21st CCLC grant. Through this grant the
Y serves students at Mallory Elementary school by
providing a high quality, low cost after school program
for just $3 a day for children in K-6th grades. We ended
2015 with 150 students enrolled in the after school
program.
HEALTHY LIVING
• Membership spiked the first quarter of the year with
the replacement of all brand new exercise equipment. We
had steady growth throughout the year, ending the year
with membership numbers that rivaled pre-flood days.
Greatest increase in membership types was family and senior
memberships.
• To serve our members better we have a full range of wellness
classes including but not limited to: GRIT, BODYPUMP®, Yoga,
Cardio Kickboxing, Tai Chi, core classes, several senior based
classes, and group cycling.
• The Dallas County Area YMCA offers volleyball, dodge ball,
basketball, softball and soccer for youth. For adults, we ran a 3
on 3 men’s basketball tournament and adult volleyball league.
• Our 5th annual Thanksgiving Day morning programming
experienced continued success and growth. We had more
than 125 community members participate in our 5k run/walk,
wellness area, packed group cycling classes, and open gym.
The Dallas County After-School
Program kids had the privilege
of attending many field trips and
participated in many other events
thanks to the 21st Century Grant
given to our district.
• The Y Summer Day Camp program had a great summer
with record numbers enrolled. We attribute this
growth to the relationships we have with our before
and after school families and the program development
improvements we made from 2012 surveys.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
• Annual Campaign experienced significant growth, increasing
over the amounts raised in each previous year.
• The Dallas County Area YMCA is listed among the top ten
employers in Dallas County. These new jobs have benefitted
the staff, the community, and the economy.
• Program quality and participant expansion continues to be
a high priority. The deliberate work in promoting the
Christian Mission in Y programs resulted in an increased level
of program satisfaction from the participants.
• The Y continues its strong relationships with multiple
organizations including, but not limited; to Dallas County
R-1 School District, the City of Buffalo, Dallas County Health
Department, Downtown Association, Rotary International,
Mallory Elementary PTO, various service clubs, and more.

SUCCESSFUL 2015
The Y was established in Springfield in 1888 and our association has eight family
centers including two Springfield locations, G. Pearson Ward Downtown YMCA and Pat
Jones Family YMCA; Ozark Mountain Family YMCA in Hollister, Monett Area YMCA,
Cassville YMCA, Roy Blunt YMCA of Bolivar, Dallas County Area YMCA in Buffalo,
Lebanon Family YMCA, Resident Camp Wakonda, and the Child Care Branch.
Over the past year, we have reached benchmarks that demonstrate a successful 2015.
Our organization continues to reflect a commitment to excellence in everything we do.
We focus our work in three key areas, because nurturing the potential of kids, helping
people live healthier, and supporting our neighbors are fundamental to strengthening
communities. We believe that to bring about meaningful change in individuals and
communities, we must be focused and accountable. At the Y, we measure the success of
our cause by how well we engage communities in our three areas of focus.
OUR AREAS OF FOCUS
The Y is a cause-driven organization that is for youth development, for healthy living and for social responsibility. That’s because a strong community
can only be achieved when we invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors.
Defining our areas of focus:
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: Nurturing the potential of every child and teen.
HEALTHY LIVING: Improving the nation's health and well-being.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Giving back and providing support to our neighbors.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL
The Y is for everyone. Our programs, services and initiatives: enable kids to realize their potential, prepare teens for college, offer ways for families to
have fun together, empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind and body, prepare people for employment, welcome and embrace newcomers and help
foster a nationwide service ethic. And that's just the beginning.
The Ozarks Regional YMCA is a not-for-profit organization that believes no one should be denied access to membership and/or programs due to the
inability to pay. These funds are subsidized through the United Way of the Ozarks and through the Y Annual Campaign.
The Ozarks Regional YMCA is more than a gym — we are a community committed to strengthening bodies, minds and neighborhoods. Our impact
is felt every day when an individual makes a healthy choice, a mentor inspires a child, and a community comes together for the common good. From
fitness to wellness to community service, everything we do is an exercise in possibility.
PROMOTING HEALTHY LIVING
Our community faces a health crisis. In Greene County 36% of all adults are overweight or obese, and only 14% of adults in our county are consuming
the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables each day. 40% of our 5th graders in Springfield Public Schools are overweight or obese, yet food
insecurity among the youth in our county has grown to 22%. That is 1 in 4 of our kids that don’t know where their next meal will come from.
Each day our YMCA works to make the healthy choice the easy choice in all of the communities that we serve. In 2015, we enlisted the help of local
agencies and like-minded individuals to pioneer innovative programs and use evidence-based strategies to increase opportunities for our community
to live long, healthy lives.
For more than 127 years, the Ozarks Regional YMCA has encouraged healthy living in Springfield, Missouri. A cause-driven organization focused on
youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the mission of the Y is to promote Judeo-Christian values through programs that build
healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Ozarks Regional YMCA Association serves over 40,000 southwest Missouri residents each year. Our impact is
felt not only when an individual makes a healthy choice but also when a community comes together for the common good.
TOGETHER,
WE CAN CREATE
A BETTER US
The Ozarks Regional YMCA gratefully
acknowledges the generosity of our donors,
partners, supporters and friends. Their
investment in the YMCA enhances our ability
to achieve our mission - to build strong kids,
strong families, and strong communities.
We thank those who have made these taxdeductible
contributions during the 2015
calendar year.
The Ozarks Regional YMCA makes every effort to ensure that each contributor’s
