Funkey Industries of Palm Springs, the team that’s created<br />

Located on Highway 111 in the heart of Palm Desert, the new<br />
restaurant showcases BBQ specialties such as Smoked Pork Baby<br />
Back Ribs, Carolina Smoked Pulled Pork, Angus Choice Brisket, and<br />
homemade sides of Horsey Creamy Cole Slaw, Sweet Potato Fries<br />
and Buttered Sweet Corn for lunch and dinner.<br />
“Our new location really caters to the busy lunch crowd in Palm<br />
Desert,” says catering director Kim Funkey. “We’re excited to<br />
launch our happy hour and to bring people in after work as well!”<br />
Happy Hour is available daily at both locations, from 3–6pm Sunday<br />
through Thursday, and 3–5pm Friday and Saturday. Enjoy $4 draft<br />
beers, $5 house wines, and $4 well drinks at the Palm Springs<br />
location and<br />
$4 draft beers and $5 house wines in Palm Desert. Food specials<br />
include Carolina Pulled Pork Nachos, Baby Back Ribs, and Brisket<br />
Tacos with homemade Habañero BBQ Sauce. Local beers on draft<br />
include selections from La Quinta Brewery and Coachella Valley<br />

Smoke Tree BBQ takes pride in their quality hand trimmed meats<br />
