How long have you been coming to the Sublimity Harvest
Festival? If you’ve attended since the first event back in
1973, then you know what a long way we’ve come! If this is
your first time, we are so glad you’re here to celebrate this
momentous occasion with the dedicated regulars. Most people
have a story associated with the first time they attended Festival.
Maybe you became hooked on the thrill of the show, or something
wild happened on the track, or even something memorable in
the entertainment tent! Whatever your story is, hold on to that
memory, because we have many, many exciting years ahead of
us.
You have surely noticed that
the Festival is rich in cultural

while others choose to attend their favorite day.
This year, Friday is opening night and it features the new “Pit
Party” where you can see the trucks and tractors up close and
meet the drivers. Saturday has the Fun Run, the parade and
it’s the day when the monster trucks crush the school bus! Or
perhaps you enjoy Sunday, known for years as “family day” and
most recently “cause day” where we’ve added non-profit vendors
inside the Festival grounds.
While we delight in the thrill of the weekend, the after-Festival
buzz continues year ‘round until the following September when
we get all geared up again. Did you know that throughout the
year, the Festival board gives back an average of $15,000 a
year in donations to local clubs and organizations? The Festival is
strong due in part to the organization’s unwavering commitment
to supporting the local community. We are founded with the
belief that giving back makes you stronger.
