Your Guide to CNE Offerings
Pre-Conference Workshop is a session held on Wednesday before the official opening of the
conference. Participants must pre-register. Seats are limited. Attendees will be selected based on area of
specialty and relevance to the presentation. Dinner will also be provided.
General Sessions (GS) are one hour keynote sessions that are open to all conference attendees.
Specialty Sessions are 60 or 90 minute presentations. These sessions offer the opportunity to hear
experts present the most current information on nursing topics.

CONTACT HOURS
The maximum continuing nursing education (CNE) contact hours that
can be earned while attending the 2016 Nursing Perspectives preworkshop
and conference educational activities is 17.5 contact
hours. To obtain contact hours, you must attend the entire session
and complete the online evaluation. Instructions on how to
complete the online conference evaluation will be provided to all
attendees upon registration.

accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

to remember:
There will be no paper handouts for the 2016 Nursing Perspectives
Conference. Program materials, including submitted speaker handouts and
presentations, will be accessible online before, during and after convention
at www.gradyhealth.org/nursingperspectives.
To get CNE for a session, you must attend the session in its entirety and
complete an online evaluation.
For technical assistance before November 1, 2016, email
nursingperspectives@gmh.edu.
All online evaluations must be completed by November 1,
2016 in order for CNE to be awarded.
