Our compliant cones are independently lab tested<br />
and batch tested under our ISO9001 quality system<br />
to ensure compliance to EN13422.<br />
We have in house technical testing equipment that<br />
allows us to perform the testing procedures detailed<br />
in EN13422 section 7, Methods of tests.<br />
The cones are compliant to EN13422 section 4 for<br />
design, dimensions and tolerances. They are compliant<br />
to EN13422 section 6 for performance requirements.<br />
UNIQUE FOLDING DESIGN<br />
• Blow moulded HDPE blocs with strong<br />
durable hinge system and carry handle.<br />
• 1mtr long x 600mm high x 400mm deep.<br />
BESPOKE BRANDING<br />
• Large 180mm x 110mm plate area<br />
enables contractor details to be embossed<br />
and highlighted, acting as a pilferage<br />
deterrent.<br />

STORAGE & DISTRIBUTION<br />
• Pallet quantity at a total of 40, which<br />
increases storage capacity and aids<br />
product distribution.<br />
• Design enables a contractor to halve the<br />
cost of storage and transport, reducing<br />
their carbon footprint.<br />
LOW TEMPERATURE<br />
The cones are conditioned to -18<br />
degrees (+/- 2 degrees) for a minimum<br />
of 2 hours. The impact resistance and<br />
drop tests must be completed within<br />
one minute of the cone being removed<br />
from the conditioning environment<br />
IMPACT RESISTANCE<br />
EN13422 SECTION 7.5<br />
A 900g steel ball is swung in a<br />
radius of 1750mm to test the impact<br />
resistance of the cone. No part of the<br />
cone body or retroreflective material is<br />
to tear, break or be destroyed.<br />
DROP TEST<br />
EN13422 SECTION 7.6<br />
The cone is suspended horizontally<br />
at 1.5 metres high. The cone is<br />
dropped and no part of the cone is<br />
to burst, break, separate or become<br />
displaced on impact.<br />
