A horizontal force ranging from 6-13<br />
newtons is applied to the top of the cone<br />
that is appropriate to its weight class and<br />
height. The cone is not to be overturned<br />
under the application of the force.<br />
ADHESION TEST<br />

A vertical cut is made through the<br />
retroreflective surface passing top to<br />
bottom. No part of the material is to<br />
separate from the cone body by a distance<br />
greater than 25mm from the cut line.<br />
RETROREFLECTIVITY<br />

The retroreflectivity of each cone<br />
sleeve production batch is tested to<br />
all entrance and observation angles<br />
required before being released to<br />
assembly production.<br />
