What is a Business Plan?
A Business Plan is a basic plan, essential for the structuring and defence
of a new idea of business.
Must be a plan that focus on the essential lines of the project, which set
the allocation of various types of resources, which is designed to put into
practice the idea that we want to implement and to solve the problems
that will inevitably appear.
Unfortunately, most people think of a business plan only when starts a
business or when candidates for a financing. However, they are also vital
to manage the business, whether this requires, or not, some kind of loan or
financing. Businesses need plans that optimize their growth and
development, according to the priorities.
A Business Plan should include a summary, a goal, the identification of the
key factors for the project to be successful, market analysis and financial
analysis which uphold the idea that is properly intend to develop.
