FATAL!<br />
The majority of entrepreneurs only makes a Business Plan when it is<br />
obliged to do so. At least a bank or a potential investor wants to look to a<br />
business plan, the most vulgar is that there is no written plan.<br />
This approach is an error. The busier you are or wait might be, greater need<br />
will have a plan. Is the best way to structure your project and be able to<br />
control their deviations during execution.<br />
In addition, you can never find the support of investors and external<br />
entities if you have not developed a Business Plan.<br />
Invest the time required to make and validate it. Only then you should move<br />
to the implementation components and/or presentation.
