organizer. It?s hard to break into this<br />
industry. You have to bring<br />
something to the table. Whatever it<br />
is you do, do it well. If you can help<br />
someone cut a corner even better.<br />
You have to make yourself a<br />
demand. When getting into this<br />
business you need to already know<br />
what you want out of it, what you<br />
want your outcome to be and what<br />
your end game looks like. That will<br />
make it easier to reach your goals.<br />
Believe yourself to be in the<br />
environment you want to be in and<br />
you will be.?<br />

Wow, that?s a lot. I know you have<br />
a family too. How do you manage it<br />

?With the help of a good husband.<br />
Really I mean it. My husband is my<br />
rock, my biggest supporter. Our<br />
family life is hectic, but great! He<br />
works in Corporate America and<br />
because our schedules are different<br />
it makes it easier for us to find a<br />
balance. You have to find the<br />
balance. It?s so important. We love<br />
each other and our family. Failure is<br />
not an option. We do whatever it<br />
takes to make things work, and they<br />
do.<br />

Speaking of goals, you talked<br />
about working the red carpet one<br />
day. What else do you see ahead of<br />
you?<br />
?Having my own show of course.<br />
Right now, besides working for<br />
Tigger I just started two new<br />
businesses; a tax service and a<br />
staffing company. It took a lot of<br />
work to get them off the ground<br />
and they are doing pretty well now.<br />
At the same time, I have also been<br />
working hard on a spinoff of the<br />
show. I started a blog, and I am<br />
putting together a tour for women.<br />
I really want to help other women<br />
learn to maximize their lives and<br />
their potential. The tour will feature<br />
myself and other motivational<br />
speakers that will inspire women to
