West Palm Beach
Craig, here is a picture from the
picnic that the palm beach guys
had for firefighters in there area. A
few of them are FCF members and
they do have a weekly bible study
called 'men on fire', but they don't
have a formal chapter anymore.
Tried to encourage them to do so.
Prayer Team
My name is Gerald Brock. Craig
asked for some help with the
Fellowship of Christian Firefighter
Prayer team and after some
consideration and prayer about it I
told him that I would help with it. I
got the Prayer Chain address set up
on my computer and I try to check
it each day. I enjoy doing this and I
feel that this is a way that I can do
Mission Work for the Fire Service. If

First Responder Service
Grace Bible Church in Sun its,
Arizona recently held a first
responder appreciation service
during the Memorial Day weekend.
Over 600 folks attended the service
where first responders were
thanked for their service to the
FCFInternational/Encourager/Page 4
community. President/Missionary
Craig Duck was on hand to
challenge those who attended to be
prepared when they find themselves
in a defining moment.

National Day of Prayer
Craig and Holly Duck represented
FCFInternational at the annual
National Day of Prayer event at the
US Capitol. More than ever our
country needs the prayers of
righteous people and what a
blessing to be a small part of this
event. Please also be in prayer for
our beloved fire service as many go
through life without the hope that is
found in Jesus Christ. James 5:16
reminds us to; “Therefore confess
your sins to each other and pray for
each other so that you may be
healed. The prayer of a righteous
person is powerful and
effective.” (NIV)
Treasure Coast
We are continuing to have our
fellowship breakfasts with our next
one being July 9th. I was blessed to
share with several firefighters in
Virginia Beach as I was a guest
speaker for their mens breakfast at
London Bridge Baptist Church. I
was also able to encourage some of
our FCF members who are part of a
bible study group in West Palm
Beach, Florida. They had a well
attended picnic last month and I
shared a little bit about our Treasure
Coast Chapter in hopes that they
will re-establish a chapter in the
West Palm Beach area. Locally our
chapter was also represented at our
community's National Day of Prayer
event in fort Pierce, Florida.

Chaplain David Williamson with the
Federation of Fire Chaplains
conducted their annual chaplains
conference with over 100
participants. FCFInternational was
asked to participate and talk about
our ministry to firefighters and first
responders. What a blessing to be a
part of this ministry and encourage
chaplains to start local groups that
will help them in their service to the
community. A local group will help
provide additional resources during
times of need for chaplains and
help to lighten their load. Thanks
