<strong><strong>Co</strong>ntinental</strong> <strong>Clothing</strong> <strong>Co</strong>. has adopted a robust policy with regard to the following minimum social responsibility criteria:<br />

• No use of child labour<br />

• No use of forced labour<br />

• Safe and healthy<br />

working conditions<br />

• Legal labour contracts<br />

• Payment of living wage<br />

• Freedom of association and<br />

the right to collective bargaining<br />

• No discrimination<br />

against employees<br />

• No excessive hours of work<br />

<strong><strong>Co</strong>ntinental</strong> <strong>Clothing</strong> <strong>Co</strong>. has been running a pro-active social responsibility programme as a member of Fair Wear<br />

Foundation since early 2006. All the <strong>Co</strong>mpany’s manufacturing facilities are regularly audited for social compliance<br />

and are running active monitoring programmes in accordance with standards advocated by the International Labour<br />

Organisation, the Ethical Trading Initiative and other international bodies. The <strong>Co</strong>mpany publishes an annual Social<br />

Report.<br />

L’entreprise <strong><strong>Co</strong>ntinental</strong> <strong>Clothing</strong> a adopté une politique stricte en matière des minima sociaux ci-dessous :<br />

• Des conditions de travail saines<br />

et sûres<br />

• Des contrats de travail légaux<br />

• Paiement d’un salaire minimum<br />

vital<br />

• Liberté d’association et le droit à la<br />

négociation collective<br />

• Pas de discrimination à l’encontre<br />

des employés<br />

• Pas d’heures de travail excessives<br />

L’entreprise <strong><strong>Co</strong>ntinental</strong> <strong>Clothing</strong> a mis en place un programme de responsabilité sociale proactif en tant que membre<br />

de la Fair Wear Foundation depuis début 2006. Tous les sites de production sont régulièrement audités pour s’assurer<br />

du respect des normes sociales et exécutent des programmes de surveillance en accord avec les normes définies par<br />

le Droit du Travail International, l’Ethical Trading Initiative et d’autres corps internationaux. L’entreprise publie un Rapport<br />

Social annuel.<br />

• La libertà di associazione e diritto<br />

alla contrattazione collettiva<br />

• Nessuna discriminazione nei<br />

confronti dei dipendenti<br />

• Nessun numero eccessivo di ore<br />

di lavoro<br />

<strong><strong>Co</strong>ntinental</strong> <strong>Clothing</strong> <strong>Co</strong>. ha in corso un programma di responsabilità sociale pro-attivo come membro del Fair Wear<br />

Foundation dall’inizio del 2006. Tutte le strutture produttive della Società sono regolarmente controllate per verificare<br />

la conformità sociale e sono in esecuzione programmi di monitoraggio attivi in conformità con le norme promosse<br />

dall’ Organizzazione Internazionale del Lavoro, dalla Ethical Trading Initiative e altri organismi internazionali. La Società<br />

pubblica un Bilancio Sociale annuo.<br />

<strong><strong>Co</strong>ntinental</strong> <strong>Clothing</strong> <strong>Co</strong>. Ha adoptado una política muy rígida con respecto a los siguientes criterios sociales:<br />

• <strong>Co</strong>ntratos laborales legales<br />

• Pago de un salario digno<br />

• Libertad de asociación y derecho<br />

de negociación colectiva<br />

• No a la discriminación contra<br />

empleados<br />

• No a horas de trabajo excesivas<br />

<strong><strong>Co</strong>ntinental</strong> <strong>Clothing</strong> <strong>Co</strong>. ha estado llevando a cabo un programa proactivo de responsabilidad social como miembro<br />

de la fundación Fair Wear Foundation desde 2006. Todas las áreas de trabajo se someten a controles regulares para un<br />

compromiso social y llevan a cabo programas de control de acuerdo con las normas<br />

implantadas por la International Labour Organisation, la Ética Trading Initiative y otras<br />

organizaciones internacionales. La empresa hace público un informe social anual.<br />
