Spin N’ Sculpt<br />

Want to burn 400-600 calories, improve your<br />

cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle tone<br />

and have fun exercising without impacting<br />

your joints? Try this 45 minute indoor cycling<br />

class combined with 15 minutes of toning/<br />

core. Participants will climb hills, hit jumps<br />

and ride through valleys. You will be addicted<br />

to this major calorie burning class in no<br />

time! Don’t forget your workout towel and<br />

water! Bring a yoga mat. All fitness levels are<br />

Dance class for EVERYONE, no experience<br />

needed! Each class features a fun<br />

music video-like routine that has been<br />

professionally choreographed to a popular<br />

hit song. The moves are broken down,<br />

repeated and layered so you can catch on<br />

and are confident and realize just how easy<br />

it is. It’s an opportunity for self-expression<br />

and heart-pumping physical activity that’s so<br />

much fun it doesn’t feel like exercise! Heidi<br />

Vinyasa Yoga<br />

Emerge yourself deeper into your yoga poses<br />

with our Level II. This class will teach you<br />

to lead with your breathe and go deeper<br />

into each pose. A great class to turn up your<br />

modifications and take yourself inward.<br />

Detoxifying, strengthening and lengthening<br />

of the muscles will be achieved. Previous<br />

yoga experience a plus and/or Yoga 101.<br />

Gentle/Beginner Yoga<br />

the poses and breathe without feeling lost.<br />

Each pose is broken down slowly and safely<br />

giving you time to feel the pose and learn<br />

STRONG by Zumba<br />

Class is a one-hour group fitness class that<br />

utilizes a combination of HIIT, body weight<br />

exercises, and strength conditioning lead<br />

by the music. This is not a dance-fitness<br />

program, but like Zumba®, the music is part<br />

of the foundation. The movements will be<br />

synced with the music, and the tempo will<br />

lead the intensity. Students can expect an<br />

overall body transformation with improved<br />

muscular definition and high caloric burn.<br />

Classes are taught by Amy Fleming, a<br />

licensed Zumba fitness instructor. Ages 14+<br />
