play in a 3v3 and 5v5 environment. Ball<br />

handling, shooting fundamentals, dribble<br />

moves, moving without the ball, and<br />

Beginner Quick Start Tennis<br />

Children of any skill level will learn the<br />

fundamentals of tennis using the RED or<br />

ORANGE balls and smaller courts. Older<br />

participants will transition to regular balls<br />

and a 60 foot court. Instructors will teach<br />

of the foundation. The movements will be<br />

synced with the music, and the tempo will<br />

lead the intensity. Students can expect an<br />

overall body transformation with improved<br />

muscular definition and high caloric burn.<br />

deconditioned person/beginner exerciser<br />

and the active older adult. For those<br />

that may be hesitant to go “full-out” for<br />

whatever reason, Zumba Gold is the way to<br />

go! Judy McMillen is a licensed Zumba Gold<br />

Class is geared toward the canine<br />

team (dog/owner) for learning basic<br />

The Elizabethtown Area Senior Center is an activity center for the well-elderly<br />

area residents over 60 years old located in the <strong>GEARS</strong> Community Center. The Center has a<br />

large service area that includes the communities of Elizabethtown, Bainbridge, Maytown,<br />

Mount Joy, Salunga, Landisville, Mastersonville and Manheim. Door-to-door transportation<br />

avenue to help the community with registration, we offer online registration.<br />

• A confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to you.<br />

Once you sign up it is your responsibility to attend the activity. No<br />
