Fees<br />
Fees payable to<br />
the University<br />
You can choose to pay the fees in one<br />
of two ways.<br />
Either: pay the total amount upfront<br />
when you first enrol<br />
Or: pay as you go, spreading the<br />
total cost.<br />
• Pay the registration fee when you enrol<br />
• Pay the module fee each time you are<br />
ready to begin studying a new module.<br />
The fees given below for 2017 are valid<br />
from 1 January 2017.<br />

Certain other fees may be payable to<br />
the University, such as an APL request<br />
fee (see programme web pages), an<br />
examination re-entry fee, and a fee<br />
for the production of transcripts.<br />
These fees are not included in the<br />
totals given opposite.<br />
Financial assistance<br />
Some employers in both the public<br />
and private sector may offer financial<br />
assistance to their employees.<br />
No financial assistance is available from<br />
the University.<br />
Students with<br />
disabilities<br />

Armed Forces<br />
Students who are members or<br />
ex-members of the UK Armed Forces<br />
should note that the University of<br />
London has been approved by the<br />
Ministry of Defence in support of the<br />
Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC)<br />
Scheme (ELC Provider Reference<br />
Number 1284). The Scheme provides<br />
financial support to eligible Service<br />
personnel who wish to enhance their<br />
educational or vocational achievements.<br />

Other costs<br />
In addition to the fees payable to the<br />
University, you should also budget for<br />
the cost of:<br />
• any course or tuition you choose<br />
to take<br />
