2013 im Zeichen der Musik!
Im heurigen Jahr steht das kulturell-touristische
Programmangebot in Linz aufgrund
der Eröffnung des neuen Musiktheaters unter
dem Schwerpunktthema „Musik“. Dementsprechend
spielt bei den zahlreichen
Veranstaltungen der Stadt, unter anderem
bei den internationalen Festivals, aber auch
bei den Ausstellungen, die Musik eine große
Rolle. In diese Reihe fügt sich der „4. Anton-
Bruckner-Chorwettbewerb & Festival“ treffend
ein. Ausgezeichnete internationale
Chöre werden auch diesmal das Publikum
begeistern.
In diesem Sinne wünsche ich der Veranstaltung
wieder einen guten Verlauf und allen
TeilnehmerInnen einen schönen Aufenthalt
in Linz.

Due to the opening of the new musical theatre
this year, the cultural and touristic offering
in Linz will be under the banner of music.
Therefore music will play a major role in the
numerous events that will take place in the
city, including international festivals and exhibitions.
The “4 th International Anton Bruckner
Choir Competition & Festival” effortlessly
blends into this series of events. Excellent international
choirs will once again inspire the
audience.
Therefore I wish for a smooth course for this
event and that all participants may enjoy an
unforgettable stay in Linz.
