On the road
The On the road bench has nothing added,
nothing superfluous. It is just as it is: a
natural and discreet bench, inspired by
a long motorcycle journey on Route 66.
Maybe that’s why it begs to be put it in
any place you like and not to be installed
as a static, fixed item. Monotony is not for
this bench. The two elastic tapes stretch
from the feet to hold the cushion down
and give it personality, without giving up
its simple character.
Al banco On the road no le van los adornos,
ni lo superfluo. Se muestra tal como es:
un banco natural y discreto, inspirado en
un largo viaje en motocicleta por la Ruta
66. Quizás por eso te invita a ubicarlo en
cualquier lugar y a no plantearlo como un
elemento fijo y estático. La monotonía no
es para él. Las dos cintas elásticas sujetan
el cojín con las patas y le dan el toque de
personalidad, sin perder en ningún momento
su carácter sencillo.

Burger
Burger is a tiny, light, one-seat sofa, which
when you see it makes you feel you just
have to try it out. On doing so, it is surprisingly
comfortable. The back is connected
to the base by means of a slim steel support,
which gives slightly to accept the
weight as the body leans back. Maximum
effect from minimum sizes and pieces.
The perfect complement to its three-seat
sibling, the Hot dog. (See page 64)
Burger es un sofá de una plaza de pequeñas
dimensiones, muy ligero, que al verlo
dan ganas de probarlo. Y al hacerlo, sorprende
por su comodidad. El respaldo
está unido a la base con un soporte fino
de acero, y se reclina levemente para soportar
el peso del cuerpo echado hacia
atrás. Tamaños y elementos mínimos con
una efectividad máxima. Se complementa
a la perfección con su homónimo de tres
plazas, el Hot dog. (Ver página 64)

Spongy sofa
Something about Spongy makes it
charming. It just oozes niceness. Maybe
it is the contrast between the slender steel
structure and the visual weight of the two
cushions. Or perhaps it is the back and
the sides, which seem to open up to hug
you, and which also easily recline. Whether
it is the sofa or the armchair with optional
footrest, we’re talking about a very
comfortable piece of furniture, perfectly
suited for both home and commercial
premises. (See also the Spongy armchair

Hay algo en el Spongy que lo hace entrañable.
Transmite simpatía. Quizás es el
contraste entre su estructura de acero de
apariencia ligera con el peso visual de los
cojines. O tal vez es el respaldo y los laterales,
con los que parece abrazarte, que
además se reclinan fácilmente. Ya sea la
versión sofá o la butaca con reposapiés
opcional, hablamos de una pieza muy
cómoda y apta tanto para el hogar como

Rita Chairwood chair
The secret of her beauty is her simplicity,
her sincerity. Rita doesn’t try to hide behind
fancy trappings. This is a collection
of bold, strong tables and chairs, set apart
by the way the wood is bonded to the metal.
The metal penetrates the wood right
through to the other side, adding a touch
of colour to the surface of the wood. (See
