ABOUT NEIGHBORHOOD PARTNERSHIP HOUSING SERVICES
Neighborhood Partnership
Housing Services
OUR MISSION
BUILDING STRONGER,
HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES
Neighborhood Partnership Housing
Services is a community and economic
development corporation that builds
stronger communities by providing
innovative housing opportunities, helping
families succeed in homeownership
and partnering to improve the quality
of life in neighborhoods throughout
San Bernardino, Riverside, and East Los
Angeles Counties.
AREAS OF IMPACT
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
NPHS acquires and renovates single family homes and multifamily
properties to help low and moderate income families obtain sustainable
homeownership and affordable rental housing.
NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION
Revitalizing distressed neighborhoods by transforming blighted properties
into safe, green and healthy homes.
COMMUNITY WEALTH BUILDING AND PRESERVATION
Our community wealth building and preservation strategies help protect
the equity our residents and neighborhoods have built over the years to
prevent further disinvestment in our most vulnerable communities.
GREEN BUILDING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
Greening homes to increase discretionary income among low income
families while lessening the overall impact to the environment. We
preserve the planet, its natural systems and resources, as well as help
homeowners save on their energy bills.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
In 2015, our programs and services generated over $54 Million in direct
investments into our local economy while creating 152 jobs throughout
the Inland Valley. Our economic development programs are designed to
enable small businesses to grow and succeed while helping support living
wage jobs in the Inland Valley.
