Part of redesigning and re-organizing Thacker &
Associate's site incorporated identifying what
content they wanted to be able to present to
their clients and visitors, and how that content
would be formatted.
I worked with them to produce a UX prototype
that presented a more intuitive layout and
navigation path through their site, bringing the
content offerings into a central call-to-action.
Strong calls to action give visitors the
opportunity to dig deep and learn more about
what Thacker & Associates can offer. Viewers
can drill into each of their services, catch up on
news, and get involved with educational events.

During the briefing phase it became apparent
that this was a special project that would require
a high-level of visual design. Working with
Loving Touch Walk-In Tubs, I was able to turn
their vision into reality. The overall process was
smooth and completed on schedule. The result
was a website that was far superior than any
competitor’s.
The key take-aways for small businesses wishing
to improve their online presence is to put
time into the process upfront. By doing their
homework and clearly understanding what they
wish to get from a website upgrade, they will be
in a better position to drive the quoting process
and thereby find the design partner that best
meets their needs.

STRATEGIC PLANNING
Conception of the main goals of the website andof the users’ pathways, including what
we call “the preferred customer pathways”. Including Login, Search, Navigation, etc.
Conception of the workflow based on projects unique needs
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
Gather content from current website, marketing material, and/or other sources.
Review/modify content by making it as relevant to what they are communicating as possible.

Terms and Conditions
Signature provided for the initial project quote will be considered an acceptance of the contract for work. Justin Allen’s liability will be limited
to the cost of supply for this work. Justin Allen is not responsible for any direct losses.
Justin Allen will develop the quoted system based on the the Wordpress platform, Wordpress is released under the GPL license and any
modifications that we include also inherit the GPL license, including all CSS, HTML, and code where appropriate.
The contracting party will not have the right to cancel this contract after the project has commenced. If, after commencing the project, the
contracting party decides not to continue with project development or to contract another developer, then the contracting party is obligated
to pay the total amount of work that has been completed up to the day of cancellation based on Justin Allen’s standard hourly rate.
Web design is a creative process and while Justin Allen will go great lengths to ensure you get everything you are after, the onus is on you to
ensure that if you are after a specific feature that is outlined in the project scope. If not, extra fees may incur at a later date.
*Failure to pay monthy fees could result into disconnection of your website. Once payment is made, your service would then be restored.
