Part of redesigning and re-organizing Thacker &
Associate's site incorporated identifying what
content they wanted to be able to present to
their clients and visitors, and how that content
would be formatted.
I worked with them to produce a UX prototype
that presented a more intuitive layout and
navigation path through their site, bringing the
content offerings into a central call-to-action.
Strong calls to action give visitors the
opportunity to dig deep and learn more about
what Thacker & Associates can offer. Viewers
can drill into each of their services, catch up on
news, and get involved with educational events.

During the briefing phase it became apparent
that this was a special project that would require
a high-level of visual design. Working with
Loving Touch Walk-In Tubs, I was able to turn
their vision into reality. The overall process was
smooth and completed on schedule. The result
was a website that was far superior than any
competitor’s.
The key take-aways for small businesses wishing
to improve their online presence is to put
time into the process upfront. By doing their
homework and clearly understanding what they
wish to get from a website upgrade, they will be
in a better position to drive the quoting process
and thereby find the design partner that best
meets their needs.

Website Portfolio
Advanced Integrated Systems (AIS) came to me
with an outdated site and a desire to improve
conversion rates. I was tasked with managing
lot of information and reshaping it into a user
friendly package. The AIS new website had to
perform with the same level of functionality as
their services. In order to accomplish this, I had
to redefine the way products and services were
laid out throughout the new website.
What was once outdated and choppy, was
eventually custom themed and designed to
each product and service AIS offered to end
users. Products, brands, and services were reassembled
in a visual hierarchy with prevalent
calls to action situated throughout.

STRATEGY
In order to understand the project thoroughly I will
collect the following: I collect requirements and details
from all key components. I analyze and compare the,
industry, market trends, and competitor related work. I
obtain your main branding components and your vision
for the new design.
PHASE
02
CONCEPT
In this phase, when the basics of execution are preparing;
I create conceptual layouts, wireframes, and use case
scenarios. When conceptualizing, I am focused on reflection,
positioning and presentation of the business objective. I also
influence design decisions and make sure to validate design
solutions.
PHASE
03
DESIGN
I work closely with all key components, experimentation with
materials and visual ideas. Design problems are identified
through visual analysis and recognition. I make sure the
concept is translated in a series, with each mockup suggesting
communication solutions to explore in subsequent work. I
also ensure design is clearly documented.
EXECUTE
PHASE
04
In this phase when the project design is almost ready for
deploy; I develop and conduct usability tests, build a solution
code and implement long-term recommendations. Accuracy
and functionality are closely monitored. My role is to verify
all deliverables and ensure the project design is a successful
deployment.

Signature provided for the initial project quote will be considered an acceptance of the contract for work. Justin Allen’s liability will be limited
to the cost of supply for this work. Justin Allen is not responsible for any direct losses.
Justin Allen will develop the quoted system based on the the Wordpress platform, Wordpress is released under the GPL license and any
modifications that we include also inherit the GPL license, including all CSS, HTML, and code where appropriate.
The contracting party will not have the right to cancel this contract after the project has commenced. If, after commencing the project, the
contracting party decides not to continue with project development or to contract another developer, then the contracting party is obligated
to pay the total amount of work that has been completed up to the day of cancellation based on Justin Allen’s standard hourly rate.
Web design is a creative process and while Justin Allen will go great lengths to ensure you get everything you are after, the onus is on you to
ensure that if you are after a specific feature that is outlined in the project scope. If not, extra fees may incur at a later date.
*Failure to pay monthy fees could result into disconnection of your website. Once payment is made, your service would then be restored.
