New additions to our Newcross
Management Team
It’s an exciting time for the business as we continue to strive for excellence in all that we do. As part
of that vision, we are delighted to announce that we have appointed two new members to our senior
team who bring with them a wealth of experience and new innovative ideas.
Matt Woods
Chief Marketing Officer
Matt will be responsible for developing a
marketing strategy that will support the future
growth of the business and help us to strengthen
Newcross’ position as a thought leader and
employer of choice within the healthcare sector.
Matt has worked with a wide range of
organisations from Coca-Cola to the Cabinet
Office. He specialises in the use of content, digital
media and marketing technologies and has
previously held management positions in both
client and agency environments.
Matt will be working with experts across the
business to continue to both improve efficiencies
and to help tell the personal and professional
stories that illustrate the high standards we all
cherish at Newcross.
Lisa Anderson
Chief Product and Development
Officer
Lisa will be responsible for leading our technical
teams, managing software product and
development across our platform.
Recently returning from Silicon Valley, she comes
with global experience in building and running
technology platforms, working for top companies,
ranging from start-ups and scale-ups to
corporates.
Lisa’s priorities will include innovating how we use
our software and technologies to scale our
services and deliver top quality care, while
advancing Newcross as the technology leader in
our industry.
