Spring Pre-Loaders 

Pre-loader allows use of a softer spring rate 

that is “pre-loaded” at ride height. The preloaded 

spring will have less rate increase as 

the suspension travels. For example, a 150 lb/ 

in spring can be pre-loaded to 400 lbs. at ride 

height, but still only increases at a rate of 150 

lb/in as suspension travels. Commonly used on 

the rear coil-overs, pre-loader requires 3" I.D. 

spring, includes a thrust bearing set and fits most 

shocks.

Solid steel shaft has the appearance of two 

D’s stacked back to back when viewed from the 

end or simply a 3/4" round shaft with flats on 

opposite sides. Often used with stock type couplers, this shaft can be 

used in assemblies without welding. Commonly connected to u-joints 

using a set screw, the shaft should be dimple drilled to help pilot set

the high pressure fuel pump and/or piezo injector failure. 

High pressure pump failure can damage the pump drive 

gears beyond repair and possibly requiring complete engine replacement. 

Installation is done by simply connecting to the OEM sensor on the 

horizontal fuel conditioning module with a plug in connector supplied in 

the kit. The kit includes red led warning light, wiring harness and control 

module.
