Spring Pre-Loaders<br />
Pre-loader allows use of a softer spring rate<br />
that is “pre-loaded” at ride height. The preloaded<br />
spring will have less rate increase as<br />
the suspension travels. For example, a 150 lb/<br />
in spring can be pre-loaded to 400 lbs. at ride<br />
height, but still only increases at a rate of 150<br />
lb/in as suspension travels. Commonly used on<br />
the rear coil-overs, pre-loader requires 3" I.D.<br />
spring, includes a thrust bearing set and fits most<br />

Solid steel shaft has the appearance of two<br />
D’s stacked back to back when viewed from the<br />
end or simply a 3/4" round shaft with flats on<br />
opposite sides. Often used with stock type couplers, this shaft can be<br />
used in assemblies without welding. Commonly connected to u-joints<br />
using a set screw, the shaft should be dimple drilled to help pilot set<br />

has a 10 minute delay. This 10<br />

as 3 gallons of contaminated<br />
fuel to the system which in turn<br />
could lead to serious damage to<br />
the high pressure fuel pump and/or piezo injector failure.<br />
High pressure pump failure can damage the pump drive<br />
gears beyond repair and possibly requiring complete engine replacement.<br />
Installation is done by simply connecting to the OEM sensor on the<br />
horizontal fuel conditioning module with a plug in connector supplied in<br />
the kit. The kit includes red led warning light, wiring harness and control<br />
