V15 £9.50 ART SONG (15 years) 3½ mins<br />

V16 £7.00 JAZZ AND POP SONGS (15 years and under) 3½ mins<br />

excluding songs from Shows and Film<br />

NB: Entries for this class may be original and free-style. Words and melody (at<br />

least) must be provided for the Adjudicator. Competitors must provide their own<br />

accompaniment (eg CD backing track with own CD player)<br />

V17 £11.50 VOCAL RECITAL (15 years and under) 10 mins<br />

Own choice of two songs, one pre-20th century, one 20th /21st century<br />

Time limit includes spoken introduction. In order that details of your<br />

recital may be published in the programme, please ensure we have all<br />

information on the entry form<br />

Official Accompanist’s fee if required: £7.00<br />

V18 £10.50 DUET OR TRIO (13 years and under) 3 mins<br />

Songs offered must be mainly in harmony<br />

V19 £10.50 DUET OR TRIO (15 years and under) 3 mins<br />

Songs offered must be mainly in harmony<br />

V20 £10.50 ENSEMBLE (max 8 voices) (15 years and under) 4 mins<br />

Songs offered must be mainly in harmony<br />

VC1 £11.00 OWN VOCAL COMPOSITION (15 years and under) 3 mins<br />

Up to GCSE standard; musical content and performance will both<br />

be taken into consideration. The composition may be for one or more<br />

voices with or without accompaniment but the piece must be composed<br />

by only one person. A copy for the adjudicator must be sent to the<br />

Entry Secretary by Saturday 25 February<br />

The fee includes a written analysis from the adjudicator<br />
