INTERNATIONAL ZONES AND BRANCHES<br />
209. All aspects of the <strong>Poppy</strong> Program within the International<br />
Zones and Branches will be contained within the bylaws<br />
of the international zone or branch in accordance with the<br />
General By-Laws, and as approved by Dominion Command.<br />
PROMOTIONAL AND REPORTING MATERIAL<br />
210. In addition to this <strong>Manual</strong> there are other materials that are<br />
invaluable to the <strong>Poppy</strong> Campaign as follows:<br />
a. <strong>Poppy</strong> Promotional Material Order Form: Stock<br />
Number 200802 — This form is used to order all of<br />
the promotional material required to mount a successful<br />
campaign. When completed, it is forwarded to your<br />
Provincial Command office which will fill your order;<br />
b. Promotional Material Catalogue: Stock Number<br />
200807 — This catalogue contains pictures and<br />
descriptions of the promotional material listed on<br />
the form mentioned just above;<br />
c. Wreath Catalogue: Stock Number 200817 —<br />
This catalogue is one piece of paper which displays<br />
Poppies, Wreaths and Crosses and is listed on the<br />
order form above;<br />
d. Wreath and <strong>Poppy</strong> Order Form: Stock Number<br />
200804 — This is the form that is used to order your<br />
Wreath and <strong>Poppy</strong> supplies for the campaign. When<br />
completed, it is forwarded to your Provincial Command<br />
office which will ensure that your order is filled; and<br />
e. Branch Status Report: <strong>Poppy</strong> Trust Fund —<br />
Stock Number 200837 — This form is used to report<br />
the income, expenses and disbursements of <strong>Poppy</strong><br />
Trust Funds. The report must be completed by<br />
31 October annually and forwarded to your Provincial<br />
Command office. Instructions for completing the form<br />
can be found in Chapter 6 of this manual.<br />
211. As stated in Subsection 208.e., all <strong>Poppy</strong> Promotional<br />
& Reporting Material listed below including all Poppies<br />
and Wreath supplies must be ordered through<br />
Provincial Command.<br />
SUMMARY<br />
212. In summary, this chapter outlines the responsibilities<br />
for <strong>Poppy</strong> and Remembrance matters at the Dominion<br />
Command, Provincial Command, District, Zone and Branch<br />
levels of The Royal Canadian Legion. Each has a role and<br />
our success is dependent upon each person in this chain<br />
performing their responsibilities to the best of their ability.
