Cooking classes<br />
Cooking class in masseria<br />
Where > Monopoli<br />
When > every day. From 10:00 am to 3:00 pm<br />
Duration > about 5 hours<br />
Participants > min 2, max 10<br />
The cooking class takes place in an ancient fortified masseria<br />
dating back to XVI century.<br />
The products made will be tasted during the lunch.<br />
Then, you will prepare a traditional Apulian dessert that will<br />
delight when you get home. At the end of the experience,<br />
the participants will receive a gift as souvenir and the receipts<br />
of the dishes prepared.<br />
Dishes prepared during the lesson:<br />
• typical Apulian focaccia;<br />
• zucchini and aubergine parmigiana;<br />
• typical Apulian pasta with sauce;<br />
• traditional Apulian dessert.
