NINA TRULLI RESORT
Once it was a countryside monastery,
today the resort looks like a farm with
vineyard. The vineyard, that embraces the
resort, gives the Baresana and Primitive
grapes, typical of the land of this area.
The masseria is made of trulli, turned into
elegant suites for the guest that give the
structure the sensation of being in a small
village, a theatre set in the Mediterranean
countryside.
A mandarin, lemon, plum, pear, cherry
orchard and a vegetable garden with vegetables
typical of this land complete this
marvellous scenario.
On the background, an old oak tree casts
shadows by the poolside, for the exclusive
use of the guests.
The menu will show you the real taste of

ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATION
Once you arrive in Puglia, a shuttle service
– including free Wi-Fi on board – will guide
you to Monopoli for the check-in to the
facility. Here, you can immerse yourself in
the peace and quiet of the place, forgetting
the hustle and bustle everyday life.
You can decide to relax in the swimming
pool in the shade of a secular oak tree or
reading a book in the private patio of your
room or in the grove or enjoying the sunset
on the terrace with a glass of good wine.

DREAM VILLAGES IN ITRIA VALLEY
Even Puglia has its rocky stone, and it is
here in Itria Valley. Simple things make the
places more beautiful and pleasant: drystone
walls, pinnacles, burlesque masks
that enrich the noble gates. Everything is
stone that speaks and reveals the soul of
its inhabitants.
Here, time passes without leaving tracks.
After breakfast, you will reach Locorotondo
by transfer. Famous for being one of the
most beautiful villages in Italy, it is also
one of the most important tourist centre of
the trulli-sea-caves district.
Here you will guided through its extraordinary
old town, where you will admire
the typical white houses with pignon roofs
called “Cummerse”. Then, you will reach
Alberobello, UNESCO World Heritage Site
and Land of Trulli. Its main districts, Rioni
Monti and Aia Piccola include more than
1000 Trulli, overlooking charming alleys
where many small shops offer very special
souvenirs.
At lunchtime, you’ll be guided to a restaurant
of a well-known Michelin star chef,
for an excellent seafood menu of three
courses with wine pairing.
Some dishes that you can savour are caviar,
cavatelli with seafood, mussels and
bass, final typical dessert. After lunch you
will return to your facility in Monopoli.
Once there, if you want you may decide to
have a short relaxing e-bike ride (pedal assisted
electric bike); about an hour to lose
yourself in a wide expanse of olive trees,
real natural monuments of Puglia.
The tours departs directly from your accommodation

COOKING
CLASSES, E-BIKE TOURS
SURROUNDED BY CENTURIES-OLD
OLIVE TREES, TOUR IN CAICCO
After the breakfast, a shuttle service will
guide you until reaching a splendid Masseria
immersed in the land of olive trees.
Once you arrive, the personnel of the Masseria
will welcome you and will guide you
for a tour of the Masseria, who will guide
you for a tour of the Masseria itself and offer
you a welcome drink. Then, you’ll start
the cooking class where, guided by an
expert chef, you will prepare some typical
Apulian dishes like focaccia, parmesan,
pasta and sweets.
At lunchtime, you will eat the dishes just

After lunch you will return to your accommodation
facility for cool you down before
the experience in the afternoon.
Now the shuttle service will bring you

harbour to go on board of the“Caicco”,
traditional design of a Turkish two-masted
wooden sailing vessel, which is long
about 22 mt.
On board you’ll admire the wonderful
Apulian coasts, sailing between Monopoli
and Polignano a Mare and visiting the
many characteristic inlets where it’s possible
to swim or you lie down comfortably
on an air bed on the bow, tasting fresh appetizers
or listening a good music, admiring
a suggestive sunset.
You’ll board in the early evening, where a
shuttle service will guide you to the facility.

WINE AND FOOD TOUR AMONG
MASSERIA AND WINERIES:
OLIVE OIL, COLD CUTS
AND CHEESES, WINE
Today is dedicated to food and wine at
masseria. The Masseria is one of the emblems
of Puglia and today you’ll admire
some of the most beautiful ever.
In the past, they were sighting places to
protect the coast. Over the years, the masserias
turned themselves into independent
agricultural production centres and then
into amazing welcoming facilities for travellers
from around the world.
After breakfast, you will reach by shuttle
service the first Masseria, immersed into
the luxuriant expanse of centuries-old olive
trees. This Masseria has always been a
noble residence.
Here the theme is the extra-virgin olive oil.
The tour begins with the visit to the Masseria
followed by the tasting of locally
produced organic olive oils to learn how
to recognize the original extra-virgin one.
The visit to the century-old olive grove will
make everything even more suggestive.
At lunchtime, you’ll move to a restaurant
located in another splendid Masseria
where several generations lived and
worked with passion and dedication. Today,
it is a place where you can taste real
excellences of the local gastronomy.
There is a great attention to the quality
of raw materials at 0 km and to their authenticity.
Homemade pasta, mozzarella,
cheeses and cold cuts of the masseria, the
meat produced in the same masseria or in
the neighbour farms will make you live a
highest tasting experience.
After lunch, as last stop, a famous Apulian
winery where together with the owners
you’ll visit the vineyard, listening the anecdotes
handed down from generation to
generation. Then, tastings of several wines
produced here, accompanied by some
typical products. At the end of the tasting,
you will return to the facility in Monopoli.

The dinner takes place in an exclusive location,
a Masseria immersed in the countryside,
surrounded by centuries-old olive
trees and splendid landscapes.

of the dishes and the environment
in which the dinner takes place. It is
almost a theatre of culture and gastronomy
that in the summer takes place en plein
air, in the central courtyard, that a guest

After breakfast, you’ll visit Ostuni, the
famous “white city” for its characteristic
white-painted old town.
The alleys of Ostuni’s old town are among
the most suggestive ones. The guided tour
of the town also includes the visit to the
splendid Minor Basilica and to other majestic
religious architectures, alternated
to glimpses of breath-taking landscapes
that suddenly appear from the alleys.
At lunchtime, you’ll move to Savelletri,
small sea village, recently chosen by

Delicacies from the sea will give the deserved
gratification to the most refined
palates, not only sea urchins, but many

In the afternoon, you’ll continue towards
Polignano a Mare. a charming town built

and the nearby Putignano, famous for being
the city that, every year on February,
hosts the oldest Carnival in Europe, dating
back to the 1394. If you’re lucky to find

museum Guglielmo Romanazzi Carducci

Before you return to the facility, let’s have

CASTEL DEL MONTE - UNESCO
WORLD HERITAGE SITE
AND TRANI - CITY OF THE STONE
For the last day of your holiday, after
breakfast the transfer will take you to
Castel del Monte and Trani. Its difficult
to describe in words the beauty of these
places.
Castel del Monte, usually described as
“the most fascinating castle built by
Frederick II of Swabia”, is another site
recognized by UNESCO’s World Heritage.
It is universally considered an example
of genius medieval architecture because
it combines elements of several architectural
styles and traditions of different historical
periods.
It is possible to notice this in the Romanesque
lines of the lions at the entrance
to the Castle, in the Gothic frames of the
towers, in the classic movement of its
internal decoration and in the Islamic refinement
of its mosaic.
Then, you’ll move to Trani for the lunch in
one of the typical restaurants overlooking
the harbour.
After lunch, a tour guide will reach for
