Project Title : Hull Venue Bill Title : Pre-Construction Services Pricing Schedule Pre-Construction Services Part Nr 4 PAGE NUMBER 4/1 Ref Description Quantity Unit Rate GBP £ PRE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES A B C D Generally The Tenderer shall refer to Section 013050 (Provisional Sums) of the Employer's Requirements Part A for further details pertaining to the Pre-Construction Service requirements. The Tenderer shall provide a lump sum for their Pre-Construction Staff and Resources required to undertake the duties defined in the Employer's Requirements. The Tenderer is at liberty to add to the resources identified below to suit their proposed staffing levels. The Tenderer is required to insert the quantity of weeks they propose for each member of staff in the "Quantity" column. The applicable rate for each staff member should be inserted in the "Rate" column to provide a total cost for each member of staff. Rates quoted for staff are to be inclusive of net amounts payable, including wages, bonuses, the extra cost of public holidays, other holidays with pay, medical costs, sick leave, termination indemnity pay, maternity leave, and the like.
