Pemberley Blanket
Notes: Pemberley Blanket features a basic lace pattern that is
worked over 20 stitches, with 5 stitches on each side for borders.
If working from the chart, read RS rows (odd numbers) from right
to left, and WS rows (even numbers) from left to right. The first
and last 5 sts of each row are knit to create a Garter st border
and are not included in the chart, you may wish to place stitch
markers to demarcate them.
Garter Stitch
All Rows: Knit.
Lace Pattern (worked flat over multiples of 20 sts, plus 10 sts)
Row 1 (RS): K5 sts,*P3, K3, K2tog, K1, YO, P2, YO, K1, Skp, K3, P3;
repeat from * until last 5 sts, K5.
Rows 2, 4, 6, and 8 (WS): K5,*K3, P6, K2, P6, K3; repeat from *
until last 5 sts, K5.
Row 3: K5,*P3, K2, K2tog, K1, YO, K1, P2, K1, YO, K1, Skp, K2, P3;
repeat from * until last 5 sts, K5.
Row 5: K5, *P3, K1, K2tog, K1, YO, K2, P2, K2, YO, K1, Skp, K1, P3;
repeat from * until last 5 sts, K5.
Row 7: K5,*P3, K2tog, K1, YO, K3, P2, K3, YO, K1, Skp, P3; repeat
from * until last 5 sts, K5.
Repeat Rows 1-8 for pattern.
DIRECTIONS
Car Seat
Cast on 90 sts.
Work 6 rows in Garter stitch.
Work Lace Pattern Rows 1-8 6 times in Color A, then work Rows
1-8 6 times in Color B.
Work 6 rows in Garter stitch, bind off knit wise.
Crib
Cast on 130 sts.
Work 6 rows in Garter stitch.
Work Lace Pattern Rows 1-8 8 times in Color A, then work Rows
1-8 8 times in Color B.
Work 6 rows in Garter stitch, bind off knit wise.
Lap
Cast on 170 sts.
Work 6 rows in Garter stitch.
Work Lace Pattern Rows 1-8 10 times in Color A, then work Rows
1-8 10 times in Color B.
Work 6 rows in Garter stitch, bind off knit wise.
Finishing
Weave in ends, wash and block.
