Creative kids...
Join Baljit Balrow at Bake and Crafthouse in Cranbrook on
Saturday 3 December for a mono printing and creative play
workshop. This is a great opportunity for any children aged
eight years and up, giving them the chance to experiment
with colour, line and form, to not be concerned about a final
outcome, and have plenty of fun in the process. The workshops
are suitable for beginners, and run from 9.30am to midday,
and 2pm to 4.30pm. Cost per child is £27 and places can be

A Christmas story...
For the past 26 years Wintershall Nativity Play has
been getting people into the Christmas spirit, and
this year will be no different. Performed outside and
in the Barn Theatre from Wednesday 14 to Sunday
18 December, the set is complete with shepherds,
sheep, donkeys and three wise men on horseback.
Come along warmly dressed, as it may get chilly
and enjoy tea, coffee and mince pies before the

Little bit of magic...
Leeds Castle will be hosting another stunning
Christmas market on the Cedar Lawn, overlooking
the magnificent castle at weekends throughout
December. With an array of seasonal gifts, toys,
food and drink, this is an event for the whole family
to enjoy together. Children can meet reindeer and
have a ride on the traditional Victorian carousel.

Bell in Ticehurst will be laden with everything you

A special gift...
Mascalls Academy in Paddock Wood are proud to be
supporting Ellenor Hospice by hosting a fundraising
Christmas Fair on Saturday 10 December between
11am and 1pm. Ellenor is the only charity in Kent
to provide hospice care for people of all ages, from
babies to adults. There will be a host of fabulous
stalls selling Christmas gifts, cards, pre-loved designer
clothes, vintage and antique furniture, collectables
plus festive refreshments, a tombola, a raffle and
