Leicester Adult Skills and Learning Service

REMIT offers community education to adults in Leicester and Leicestershire
who experience severe and enduring mental health problems. Our main
base is at the Leicester Adult Education College in the city centre, but we
have some courses in other venues. The city centre is easily accessed by
public transport, and free parking is available at community settings; the
Brite Centre in Braunstone, Fosse Community Centre on Mantle Road and
at Aylestone Leisure Centre.
Like any other Adult Education provider, REMIT offers a range of courses
every week, most of which last for two hours. Most courses are non-accredited, but learners are encouraged to
progress onto other courses including those which lead to qualifications.
