1st Anniversary Celebrations
The 14th November, 2016 is the 1st Anniversary of Padmashali
Udyogula Sangam . Anniversary Celebrations were held at BC
Netha Hostel in the evening with the Executive Committee
members of Padmashali Udyogula Sangam... It's really a great
experience for working with the support of all our determined and
committed members. We proudly say that we have achieved our
initial goals (formation of Parapathisangam, Marriage Bureau,
Website and E-magazine, etc) in the first year with the guidance
and directions of our dynamic President Sri Eaga Venkateshwarlu...
Now we have to work hard for our unity and to set our goals to
bring full awareness among all the Padmashali Employees which
ultimately gives strength to the Padmashali State/DIstrict
Committees .

of Padmashali Udyogula Sangam has been held
at 1-00pm in BC, Netha hostel which is presided
over by Sir Eaga Venkateshwarlu, President.

Raviprakash, Genl.Secy., Sri Adepu Mallikarjun,
Treasurer and other office bearers have attended
the meeting and resolved to organize "2nd
VIVAHA PARICHAYA VEDIKA" on 11th December
2016 ... It is further decided to give wide
publicity for it...

did not entered into
the Polavaram Town
for the first time in the
history of Polavaram
Town and the people of
the town as well as the
District Administration
felt very happy.
We feel proud of Sri Bethu Venkateshwarlu,
being a padmashali, who is effectively holding
the prestigious post of Chief Engineer for
J.Chokka Rao Devadula Project and playing an
instrumental role in the works of SRSP Stage.II,
Kanthanapally Project and also Medium
Irrigation Projects like Pakhala, Ramappa,
Laknavaram & Malluruvagu Projects in Warangal
District(Old) by rendering his outstanding
services for the aspirations of Telangana people
to make ‘Bangaru Telangana’.
Sri Bethu Venkateshwarlu, CE Devadula
was born on 15.05.1961 in Nellikuduru of
Mahabubabad (erstwhile united Warangal)
district to Late Sri Rajamallu & Rangamma. He
hails from a poor family of weaving family and
his father was from uneducated poor family with
handlooms as occupation. His father went to
Surat, Ahmedabad before his marriage and
finally settled in Sirpur Kaghaznagar of Adilabad
District. He worked in Sirsilk factory as a weaver
on Powerlooms. When Sri B.Venkateshwarlu in
9 th Class, his father was resigned to Sirsilk
factory and came to his native place Nellikuduru
and became a member of “Powerlooms Society”
in the village and run powerlooms. He used help
his father in running powerlooms, while he was
studying Intermediate and till completion of his
B.Tech.
His primary education up to 9 th Class completed
at ZPSS, Sirpur Kaghaznagar, Adilabad
Dist., 10 th Class in ZPSS, Nellikuduru(v), Warangal
District, Intermediate in Govt. Junior College,
Mahabubabad. He had successfully completed
his B.Tech (Civil) from JNTU, Hyderabad.
After his education, he was appointed as
Assistant Executive Engineer in State
Government of AP in the year 1986 and worked in SRSP
in Karimnagar and Warangal districts. Later he was
promoted as Deputy Executive Engineer in 1996 and
worked in SRSP and Devadula projects in Warangal
District.
On his promotion as Executive Engineer in 2009, he
worked in Dummugudem Project Division, Sathupally of
Khammam district.
When he got promotion as Superintending Engineer
in 2012, he was posted in Irrigation Circle, Eluru, West
Godavari District, he had forecasted discharge of
40,000 Cusecs in Thammileru river to reach Elur town
due to heavy rains in Khammam & Krishna Districts in
Nov, 2012. But, the capacity of Thammileru river in
Eluru town limits is about 25,000 Cusecs only. In such a
case, if 15,000 Cusecs of water enters in to Eluru Town,
it would affect 50% of town area having population of
2.50 Lakhs. At that juncture, he had explained the
situation in detail, cautioned the district administration
to take all precautions and advised to breach the banks
of Thammileru River well in advance, before entering
water in to Eluru Town. On his advice, after lot of
discussions, the East Thammileru bank was breached
by district administration against the interest of local
politicians. With that, the flooding of Eluru Town was
reduced to the maximum extent, resulted in saving
evacuation of about 50,000 people. After this, all the
District Administration, Political leaders of all the parties
appreciated the advance precautions made by him.
His services are once again applauded by one and
all for measures taken over for avoiding flooding to
Polavaram Town during the floods occurred by ‘Neelam
Cyclone’ and the heavy rains in Chattisgadh in July,
2013. He had successfully managed to avoid any loss
or affect with flood water to Polavaram Town with
adequate measures and the water did not enter into the
Polavaram Town for the first time in the history of
Polavaram Town and the people of the town as well as
the District Administration felt very happy. Recognising
his outstanding performance, he got Best Employee
Appreciation award from the District Collector, West

Godavari District in 1/2013 as well as an
Appreciation letter from the Minister Sri Vatti
Vasantha Kumar in 8/2013.
Later he was transferred to J.Chokka Rao
Devadula Lift Irrigation Scheme Circle, Warangal
subsequently promoted as Chief Engineer and
presently looking after the works of SRSP
Stage.II, Devadula and Kanthanapally Projects
and also Medium Irrigation Projects Pakhala,
Ramappa, Laknavaram & Malluruvagu Projects in
Warangal District(Old).
He had played a vital role in building up of
storage in Dharmasagar Reservoir and his services
are praised by all for uninterrupted supply
of drinking water to the tri-cities of Warangal in
the year 2014 by lifting the water from Devadula
Project to Dharmasagar Reservoir, when there
was non-availability of water in SRSP, which is
the main source for drinking water to Warangal
city. In addition to supplying of water for Irrigation,
about 850 MCFT of water was stored in a
planned manner in Dharmasagar Reservoir by
lifting water from Devadula Project. By this, in
spite of severe drought in the entire State, the
Warangal people did not suffer even for single
day for want of drinking water.
Due to his prediction, this year also about
1000 MCFT of water is stored in Dharmasagar
reservoir exclusively to meet the drinking water
needs of Warangal tri-cities which will be comfortably
sufficient up to August, 2017.
His elder son B.Rakesh is doing Job in USA
after completion of his M.S.(Computer Sciences)
while his daughter B.Ravali is studying B.Tech
(CSE) final year and younger son B.Rajesh has
been pursuing MBBS (3 rd year)
Contributions/donations: He made
contribution to Padmashali hostel building and
gave donations in shape of merit awards to the
students.

e-magazine was successfully launched by him as a
Chief Guest for this ‘e-magazine launching programme’
held on 27 th September, 2016 by Padmashali Udyogula
Sangam. The Padmashali Udyogula Sangam feels proud
of him, he is an inspirational personality among all
padmashalis and wishes him a great success in his
endeavor.

Velde Venkatanarsiah is well-known for sincerity and
obedience in the police department who served the society for
36 years in various positions and retired from service as Sub-
Inspector of police, Special Branch on 31 st October 2016. He is
a role model for many of the employees worked under him and
the department. We all have to be proud of him for being Padmashali.
His dedication, sincerity, hardworking and loyal to his
superiors helped him to alleviate to Sub-Inspector post. He is
being praised by his higher officials and also received awards.
Personal Life:
Velde Venkatanarsiah was born in Atmakur(M) of
Warangal District on 6 th October 1958. He is the 5 th son of his
parents Sri Velde Kankaiah & Smt Ilamma. He has four elder
brothers, two sisters and one younger brother. He is married to
Vijaya and has one daughter Prapulla Devi. Sirumalla and two
sons V.Poornachander and V.Praveen who all are well settled.
Education and Career:
He pursued his primary and higher education at
Government High School, Atmakur. He did his intermediate at
Govt. Junior College, Hanomkonda. Later he graduated in B.A
from Arts and Science College, Subedari.
With his strenuous efforts, he was selected as police
constable and undergone training period from 1-1-1981 to 31-9
-1981 at Police Training College, Amberpet, Hyderabad. Firstly
he was posted to Serole police station, Mahabubabad and

worked there for 4 years. Later he was transferred
to Mattewada police station and worked
for 5 years. After this to alleviate as Head
Constable, he underwent training from August
1989 to January 1990 at Police Training College,
Vijayanagaram. He was posted as Head
Constable on February 1990 to October 1996
at Narsampet Police Station. Later he was
transferred to Parkal Police Station and
worked from October 1996 to October 2003.
From there he worked in Special Branch as
Passport enquiry officer from October 2003 to
August 2009 at different places like Narsampet,
Hanamkonda, Warangal, Mills Colony.
In September 2009 he was promoted as Assistant
Sub-Inspector of police at Hanomkonda
Police Station for 3 months and transferred to
Kesamudram where he worked for 2 years. On
24 th October 2010 he underwent SI training at
Police Training College, Ongole. After training
he was deputed as SI at Medaram as special
duty officer. In February 2011, he was appointed
as Sub-Inspector of Police at Bhupalapally
police station and then at serole police station
upto june 2012. Finally from 2012-2016 he
worked in Special Branch as Sub-Inspector of
Police, attached to DIG, Warangal and superannuated
on 31 st October 2016. He dedicated
36 years of service serving the society. Let’s all
salute him and the Padmashali Udyogula Sangam
wishes him a Happy Retirement Life....

SOCIAL SERVICE
We have decided to organize “Parichaya Vedhika” for Brides and Bridegrooms on 11th December, 2016
on the occasion of completion of one year as the activities of the Sangam were extraordinary. Through our matrimony
3 matches were settled and more than 20 profiles of grooms and brides were added taking the total
count to about 320 profiles. Besides that the Matrimony operates on all Sundays of every Month from 9 a.m. to
1p.m. Parents who are Interested can register profiles of their children by paying a one-time nominal registration
fee of Rs.500/-.
The services of Sri Lakum Naveen Raj Kumar, Convener, Sri Eaga Mallikarjun, Sri Kyatham Anand, Sri Siripuram
Shekar and Sri Kondabathini Rajamouli, Co-conveners of of Marriage Bureau and others are extending
their excellent service to the marriage bureau.
IMPORTANT POINTS
1.The initiation of Marriage Bureau is purely taken as a social service and not as a commercial.
2. It functions on every Sunday from 10am to 1 pm at the BC Netha Hostel , Hunter Road Warangal.
3. Profiles have to be registered by submitting one photo and Bio-data. A nominal registration fee of Rs
500/- is to be paid.
4. After registration, you or your parents can check profiles and directly approach the prospective
brides/bride grooms.
5. Please bring the Receipt to the Marriage Bureau while you are visiting for verification of profiles.
