E: Their spouse held a valid passport in their name for that<br />
country at the time of their marriage.<br />
GR13.2. Furthermore, that individuals should be allowed to<br />
change the country they represent but that no individual<br />
should ever ride for two countries within the same<br />
season.<br />
GR13.3. In the case of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern<br />
Ireland, these rules are amended slightly as these are not<br />
legal nations that issue passports. For these nations an<br />
individual must fulfil one or more of the following criteria:<br />
A: They have been a full time resident at a registered<br />
address in that country for a period of at least 2 years.<br />
B: As per their birth certificate, they were born in that<br />
country.<br />
C: As per their birth certificate, at least one of their parents<br />
was born in that country.<br />
D: As per their birth certificate, their spouse was born in that<br />
country.<br />
GR13.4. Individuals born outside of England, Scotland, Wales or<br />
Northern Ireland but still holding a United Kingdom<br />
passport have the choice of representing any of the four<br />
countries as well as the country in which they were born.<br />

GR14.1. The term “IMGA sanctioned competitions” refers to the<br />
following :<br />
• World Team Championship<br />
(Open and U-17)<br />
• World Pairs Championship<br />
(Open, U-17, U-14 & U-12)<br />
