The Partner Channel Magazine Winter 2017

The more things change, the more things stay the same. Now that we've had a few months after the Dynamics 365 product launch, this issue takes a look at this concept in a variety of ways; Whether that's how you treat customers or implement tried and true best practices in marketing.

THE MORE THINGS
STAY THE SAME
story by JENNY DAVIS
I
do not mean to minimize the changes that came with Dynamics 365, but the root of business is still
the same: There are still customers to serve and customers to gain.
I had a whole article idea around that topic, but then I received an out-of-office message from
Errol Schoenfish, director of product marketing for Microsoft. His automated reply had more value
in it for Partners than I could ever hope to share, so the article is in the hopper for a future issue, and
I’m sharing Errol’s resources here (with a few additions for those also focusing on Dynamics 365 for
Financials and Dynamics 365 for Operations).
Have a resource that isn’t listed here but has been helpful to you with regard to Dynamics 365? Send it my way,
Jenny@thepartnerchannel.com, and I’ll get it posted on our Partner Resources page at thepartnerchannel.com/
