You wanted a rave, You’ve got a rave. You do not know my mind. You do not give me words. You cannot church me. You do not make me fly. My flight is my own, from my pain, from my life. You think Shakespeare would be Shakespeare if you’d fettered him with guides?! Words aren’t just language, words are our tools.
To ravage, to create, to render anew. With one careless phrase you can end someone’s life. Where only three words could cause one to begin. Do you not see the gravity of demanding are from an artist? Is it not that demand that ensures it is never art? You’ve given me bars to rail against, I’ll give you that, but bars they are, nonetheless. You wanted a rave, You’ve got a rave.
