MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION<br />
A Y membership is not required to register for camp.<br />
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE<br />
The Y is a non-profit charitable organization that<br />
strengthens the foundations of our community.<br />
Thanks to donations to the Y’s Annual <strong>Camp</strong>aign,<br />
we can offer financial assistance to those unable to<br />
pay the standard fees. Y memberships and programs<br />
are available to all. If you are interested in sending<br />
your child to camp, but are experiencing a financial<br />
situation that makes full payment difficult, you are<br />
invited to apply for our financial assistance program.<br />
Requests are confidential.<br />
DEPOSIT<br />
<strong>Camp</strong> deposits are due at the time of registration.<br />
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable<br />
and are subtracted from your weekly rate.<br />
Member: $25 per child per camp<br />
Non-Member: $50 per child per camp<br />
*Select specialty camps require higher deposits.<br />
SIBLING DISCOUNT<br />
Families with two or more children signing up for the<br />
same camp week receive 10% off the lowest weekly<br />
fee (restrictions apply). Discount can only be applied<br />
during onsite registration.<br />
CAMP PAYMENT<br />
Payments must be made through weekly automated<br />
draft or in-full at time of registration. <strong>Camp</strong> payments<br />
are processed two Mondays before camp start date.<br />
CANCELLATION AND LATE REGISTRATION FEES<br />
No refunds are available after the start of a camp<br />
week. Any camp cancellations less than one week<br />
prior to the camp start date will result in a $50<br />
cancellation fee. Any camp registration submitted<br />
after the Wednesday before camp will result in an<br />
additional $50 late registration fee.<br />
LATE PICK UP FEE<br />
The camp day ends at 6 pm. If you are going to be<br />
late picking up your child, please arrange to have an<br />
authorized pick-up person arrive by 6 pm or call the<br />
Y to inform staff.<br />
A late fee of $5 for pick-up one to five minutes past<br />
program end time, and $1 per minute thereafter will<br />
be charged.<br />
