Cable Assemblies:
Telegärtner offers special cable assemblies featuring miniaturised
UMTC-series coaxial connectors, which are designed for
a small number of mating cycles. These connectors are compatible
with the U.FL, MHF (I-PEX) connector series, as well
as with other comparable connector types. The range includes
cable assemblies terminated at both ends with a UMTC
angle jack, or alternatively with one of the ends terminated
with connector from the SMA-,R-SMA-, TNC-, and R-TNCseries.
The coaxial cable used has an overall diameter of 1.13 mm, and
50 Ω impedance. The assemblies are suitable for frequencies
up to 6 GHz.
The field of application for these assemblies is to connect up to
small PCBs, where space is of a premium (e.g. in GSM applications
or W-LAN modules)

Kabelkonfektionen:
Telegärtner bietet Sonderkabel mit miniaturisierten Koaxsteckverbindern
der Serie UMTC an, die für eine kleine Steckzyklenzahl
ausgelegt sind. Diese Steckverbinder sind steckkompatibel
zu U.FL, MHF (I-PEX) und vergleichbaren Steckverbinderserien.
Zur Wahl stehen konfektionierte Kabel, die auf jeder Seite eine
UMTC Winkelbuchse haben oder alternativ auf einer der beiden
Seiten mit einem Steckverbinder der Serien SMA, R-SMA, TNC
und R-TNC konfektioniert sind.
Als Koaxkabel steht ein Kabel mit einem Manteldurchmesser
von 1,13 mm zur Verfügung. Es hat einen Wellenwiderstand
von 50 Ω und kann bis zu einer Frequenz von 6 GHz eingesetzt
werden.
Haupteinsatzgebiet der UMTC Verbindung sind Leiterplatten,
auf denen nur sehr wenig Platz für eine Koax Verbindung zur
Verfügung steht (z. B. in Geräte mit GSM oder W-LAN Modulen).
