How are messages that have been dequeued but are still retained in the<br />

queue table accessed?<br />

Access messages using SQL. Messages in the queue table (either because they are<br />

being retained or because they have not yet been processed). Each queue has a view<br />

that you can use (see "Selecting the Number of Messages in Different States for the<br />

Whole Database" on page 10-33).<br />
