General Features of JMS<br />

To use AdtMessage, create the queue table with payload type as the <strong>Oracle</strong> Object<br />

Type. The AdtMessage payload can be read and written using the getAdtPayload<br />

and setAdtPayload methods.<br />

You can also use an AdtMessage to send messages to queues of type<br />

SYS.XMLType. You must use the oracle.xdb.XMLType class to create the<br />

message.<br />
