T he land market experienced a sharp dip
during the financial crisis. During the years
of 2007-2010 homes in this area were
selling for less than it would cost to build
them. Therefore investing, building, or
lending on land was greatly reduced.
Fast forward! Land is now very much in
demand. New homes are appearing where
old homes exhibiting deferred
maintenance once stood.
