retry this installation.
27518 The COM+ application "[2]" is
configured to run as an NT
service; this requires COM+ 1.5
or later on the system. Since your
system has COM+ 1.0, this
application will not be installed.
27555 Error attempting to apply
permissions to object '[2]'.

This error may occur if your project contains a COM+
application that you configured in the Component Services
view.
To prevent this error from occurring, consider adding the
.NET Framework to your project. To learn how, see Adding
.NET Framework Redistributables to Projects.
As an alternative, you can use the Installation
Requirements page in the Project Assistant to add a .NET
Framework requirement to your project. If a target system
does not have the appropriate version of the .NET
Framework, the installation displays an error message,
and the product is not installed.
This error may occur if your project contains a COM+
application that you configured in the Component Services
view.
This error occurs if you do not have administrator
privileges for installing COM+ applications, but you are
running an installation that includes COM+ applications.
This error may occur if your project contains a COM+
application that you configured in the Component Services
view.
Configuring a COM+ application to run as a Windows
service requires COM+ 1.5 or later on the target system.
Thus, this installation requires that the target system have
Windows XP and later, or Windows Server 2003 and later.
To prevent this error from occurring, consider clearing the
Windows 2000 check box and selecting the other
applicable operating system check boxes on the
Installation Requirements tab in the Project Assistant. If
you do this, end users cannot run your installation on
target systems that have Windows 2000.
This error may occur if you used the custom InstallShield
handling for securing files, folders, or registry keys in your

Setup.exe Run-Time Errors and Warnings
The table below lists the errors that you may encounter when running Setup.exe. You can trap these
return values when you call CreateProcess() to launch Setup.exe. However, Setup.exe does not return
error codes from MsiExec.exe.
