Antimicrobial Stewardship Week<br />
Caroline Cruz is set up in the cafeteria at Marble Falls Hospital this week to talk to<br />
patients and providers about the appropriate use of antibiotics, the risks of over-use<br />
and inappropriate use of antibiotics as well as our upcoming stewardship efforts. We<br />
also used this time to distribute the Dorsata app flyer to providers as well.<br />

University of Texas man an information table at Round Rock Hospital for Antimicrobial<br />
Stewardship week.<br />
For the third year in a row Grapevine pharmacy team members volunteered in<br />
Operation Christmas Child. Andrea led the way by collecting the pharmacy box items<br />
and working with Shirin to color and paint the boxes. Donna coordinated the<br />
volunteering appointment dates while Grace, Claire, Donna, Andrea, Lauren & Teena<br />
volunteered on the assembly line at the shipping warehouse. Great team effort for a<br />
worthy cause!<br />
