concentration, pump library alignment and crash cart<br />

• Develop an Ambulatory Antimicrobial Stewardship<br />
strategy in conjunction with the Health Plan, BSWQA,<br />
and the BSWH Antimicrobial Stewardship Council<br />
• Continued quality improvement by: IV process check,<br />
MedMined optimization, EHR gap analysis of<br />
pharmacy workflows, ADM coordination, and feasibility<br />

formulary alignment, utilization and formulary<br />

• Add 4 BHE stores<br />
• Grow pharmacy practice to align with ACO in the<br />
following areas: Pharmacy Med Review, transition of<br />
care, chronic disease<br />
• Enhance Nursing satisfaction across Baylor Scott &<br />
White Health on a five point scale<br />
• Enhance patient and customer satisfaction across<br />
Baylor Scott & White Health and Baylor Health<br />
