toolkit will give you that extra push to achieve success. Leadership potential starts with you, your own personal strengths and skills, and your<br />

success is often tied to capitalis<strong>in</strong>g on these capabilities and talents.<br />

Invest<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> a strengths-based leadership model is a valuable first-step, while an awareness of your weaknesses can also be a powerful tool for<br />

develop<strong>in</strong>g resiliency. To be an effective and high-perform<strong>in</strong>g leader <strong>in</strong> any environment, especially the highly competitive world of eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g,<br />

you must be able to cope with the onslaught of stresses that may come your way. Learn<strong>in</strong>g to build and ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> your resilience will enable you<br />
