The firm also handles complicated divorce appeals cases<br />
where errors have been made. These cases are often found on<br />
the desk at Beaulieu- Fawcett Law Group due to erroneous judgments<br />
made on behalf of clients. Another aspect of the practice<br />
has to do with helping couples adopt children from foster care<br />
or step-parent adoption. “Sometimes the biological father is out<br />
of the picture and the step father wants to adopt his wife’s child.<br />
That is a very rewarding experience as well.”<br />
When it comes to rewarding activities Beaulieu- Fawcett<br />
Law Group has a philanthropic bent. They donate 10 percent<br />
of profits to over 40 charities each year. And at their 10th<br />
Anniversary celebration (in November) invited guests were<br />
asked to bring a gift card. The organization that benefited from<br />
this evening of kindness is the 4Kids of South Florida. “We sent<br />
a generous contribution to 4Kids of South Florida, which is a<br />
sibling supportive foster care facility.”<br />
All these good deeds do not go unnoticed. In 2013-2014<br />
Beaulieu- Fawcett was the winner of the Delray Beach Chamber<br />
of Commerce Business Person of the Year. From 2009 to<br />
2016 she was named a Florida Super Lawyer, she has been<br />
a Florida Legal Elite, and for the past seven years Beaulieu-<br />
Fawcett has received a Preeminent AV Peer Review Rating by<br />
Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating.<br />
Sometimes it takes a village to do this rewarding, yet complicated<br />
legal work. And Beaulieu- Fawcett knows this all too<br />
