{If you ask Razzy Jacobs what he’s selling, he’ll tell you time. Though most of us<br />
don’t think of a cleaning service as one that sells hours or days, in his mind it’s<br />
one of the most precious things we have. And he is sure most of us don’t want<br />
to squander our time just as we wouldn’t want to squander our money.<br />

“We sell you time by cleaning your place.<br />
We take this chore off your mind so you can<br />

Razzy takes a certain pride in the cleaning<br />
empire that he has built from scratch. He<br />
started out in the hospitality industry and<br />
then went into the real estate business. While<br />
flipping properties he was in charge of cleaning<br />
those properties. As business grew he had<br />
more houses to clean, which meant he had to<br />
recruit more people to help him complete this<br />
time consuming task.<br />
That’s when the light bulb went off in his<br />
brain. “I kept asking for help from my friends<br />
at the restaurant where I worked. That’s<br />
when I started a cleaning service, but not just<br />
any cleaning service – the best one in Palm<br />
Beach and Broward County.”<br />
