Maxisafe’s unique ‘Rotating Six Point Ratchet Harness’ ensures the hard hat
stays on, Self-Adjusting itself through 60 degrees, staying on the wearers head
when in awkward positions. Available in vented, unvented, long and short peak
varieties as well as specific types suited to the mining, construction and forestry
industries, along with an extensive range of replaceable parts and accessories,
Maxisafe has your requirements covered.
VENTILATION Warm air rises. So ventilation holes
need to be at the top of the helmet shell to expel hot
air where it gathers and to draw in cool air from below,
the Maxisafe design allows your head to breathe,
especially when working outdoors in hot weather for
optimum wearer comfort.
RAINTROUGH Large capacity raintrough to prevent
water from dripping on users face.
UV PROTECTION High quality (UV Resistant) ABS
materials are free from material aging due to intensive
UV light exposure (i.e. sunlight).
Also provides extra impact and penetration protection
against normal ABS materials.

POLYCARBONATE Material used for high temperature
requirements. (This material meets AS/NZS 1801 Type
2 standards).
POLYPROPYLENE This is a new generation material
specially designed to meet the requirements of
AS/NZS 1801 Type 1. This material has better UV
resistance than ABS - up until now ABS was the most
commonly known material used for hardhats and is not
as highly UV rated as Polypropylene.
