Not see how good we are, not see how much<br />

better we are than our brethren, but "see our own<br />

special peril." What is my peril? That is enough for<br />

me to see, to watch for my own deviltry, and not<br />

watch for other people's.<br />

"God does not separate from His people, but<br />

His people separate themselves from God by their<br />

own course of action. And I know of no sins<br />

greater in the sight of God than those of cherishing<br />

jealousy and hatred toward brethren, and turning<br />

the weapons of warfare against them."<br />

How could there be any greater sins? Is not that<br />

Satan's own action?<br />

"I point my brethren to Calvary. I ask you,<br />

What is the price of man? It is the only begotten<br />

Son of the infinite God. It is the price of all the<br />

heavenly treasures."<br />

That is the price of man. <strong>The</strong>n can you and I set<br />

lightly by, one whom God prizes like that? One for<br />

whom God has given all the treasures of the<br />
