Clean Series (10-Series)<br />
Clean Series products are used in cleaner <strong>en</strong>vironm<strong>en</strong>ts such as in<br />
clean rooms as compared to a g<strong>en</strong>eral factory <strong>en</strong>vironm<strong>en</strong>t. For further<br />
details, refer to the Clean Series <strong>cat</strong>alogue.<br />
Copper-free, Fluorine-free (20-Series)<br />
To eliminate effects on colour CRTs, etc. by copper ion or fluorine resin,<br />
copper materials are electroless-nickel plated or changed to copper-free<br />
materials to prev<strong>en</strong>t the g<strong>en</strong>eration of copper ions.<br />
(It is not applicable to the <strong>AM</strong>D, <strong>AM</strong>E, <strong>AM</strong>F and <strong>AM</strong>H series because<br />
those include fluorine resin in the filter material of the elem<strong>en</strong>t.)<br />
